Beautiful monitor and great speed
I was drawn to the iMac by the beautiful image provided by its 5k monitor. It is a replacement for a pc purchased in 2007. The iMac provides a startling increase in the speed at which it conducts business. I am impressed with how quickly it loads Lightroom CC, which was frustratingly slow on the old pc. Everything I hoped it would be
I replaced my 2012 iMac with this machine. It was an upgrade in every way. I was able to transfer my apps, data, and settings from the old machine with ease. The 5K retina display is great and almost worth the price alone. I was then able to sell my old Mac for almost $400 to help offset the cost. Combine that with the $200 discount B&H gave me and I am a happy camper.

So Far, So Great
Knew this was a no compromise system, unlike the 2010 Mac Pro Tower it was replacing. Using it for Final Cut X 4K editing primarily. B&H did their usual great job of counseling me ahead of the purchase. Glad I moved up from the Fusion to the pure SSD system. Haven't even upgraded the 8 GB RAM yet, but plan to move to 40 GB. Already very responsive at 8 GB. Rendered my trailer so fast, I thought something was wrong. Nothing was wrong. It just finished that fast.

Last of the desktops?
I deliberated for a week or so considering other options, Chromebook, MacBook, Mini, etc. I finally decided to replace my aging iMac with an updated version. So far, I am glad I did. It has a great, large screen fast processors and ample storage. It wasn't cheap but I did save some money with B&H and it got here quickly.

WOW!
Bought this iMac to replace my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro w/Retina display. The MacBook Pro still runs great but I wanted a newer Mac. I've only had this computer for a couple days so I can't say much about performance except it is fast and the display is absolutely beautiful.

Great for Editing RED Footage
I maxed out the specs (third party RAM upgrade) and it slices through dragon footage like butter. Paired up with a G-Raid 8TB and its amazing. Great monitor to edit on as well. Get some external speakers to monitor audio and youre set.

Great computer
I bought this computer as a replacement for my 2010 mac pro, and it totally blew the old tower away. It runs Photoshop and Illustrator quickly and smoothly. Multi-tasking is great. Beautiful display too. Great buy.

Best Mac for the money
Got this on sale for $1599, no tax no shipping. The computer arrived promptly and in perfect condition. After getting it set up, it has been a joy to work on. The big, bright, sharp screen is amazing! The only downsides are only 8gb of RAM (which I plan to expand later on) and the Fusion drive can still be slow to load some apps and to wake from a long sleep. Overall, it's a great value for the price!

I adore this computer!!
My main goal was to increase speed and productivity as a video producer, since my old iMac was slowing down. The iMac Pro seemed like overkill for my small-biz needs and budget, but THIS computer with an upgrade to the i7 processor has been INCREDIBLE!! The display looks amazingly clear, the screen is a great size, but mostly, its fast like lightning!! Love it!! ??

Bigger and Brighter
I own a 2015 MacBook Pro which I quite like, but upon receiving this iMac I was presented with a huge display and a much brighter capacity. When I maxed out the brightness, my eyes felt as though they had looked across a clean snow-covered landscape on a sunny winter's afternoon. The computer itself isn't bad, but I intend and recommend upgrading the memory. Overall It's a great fiscally responsible buy, which isn't something often heard about Apple's pricing. It also arrived a day earlier than expected!
