Perfect for a small studio
I bought this because I have a small space. It has a great sound (especially when plugged in to an external amp). A clean unit without a lot of (for me) useless bells and whistles (who needs yet another rendition of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star). While it only features 8 sounds, that's more than enough for me. Unplugged the volume is a bit shallow. But for me, plugged in it does everything I require. A fun little unit

Great piano sound
Highly recommend this economical digital piano with accessory kit. The sound is like a piano and the quality of the accessories are excellent. Looked at lots of reviews of other keyboards and am so happy with this Yamaha piaggero. It suits my needs for a keyboard to learn to play some tunes perfectly. Best price found at B&H and shipping was speedy.

Not a piano but still fun
This keyboard falls into the category of you get what you pay for. The feel of the keyboard is really unlike a piano, and is actually a bit tougher on the hand/arm muscles because of the lightweight action. It's a smidge toy-like. The upper registers are very bright/loud in proportion to mid/lows. But you can get some interesting sounds by mixing the 10 voices, and you can make music with it. The stand and bench in the value bundle are very sturdy and well constructed - more than adequate for this keyboard set-up. Probably not for serious musicians, but it is still entertaining to play.

A great little piano
This little Yamaha piano is great. Great tone, light weight, runs on AA batteries or optional power adapter. Semi-weighted keys feel a lot better than cheaper units. Only 61 keys, but more than adequate for learning to play. Built-in metronome, 10 voices, built in recorder so you can review your playing.
