best wide lens for sony e-mount
this lens lets me shoot high buildings , wide area and landscape. I use it with my sony a6000 and I love the image quality.

Great for what I do!
I bought this lense to shoot interiors for real estate. It really helped me get all of the room in the shot especially the smaller rooms. Sharp, not a ton distortion. Lite and easy to carry. Good value for what I do.

Great wide lens
In my recent travel I took this lens along with my sony alpha a6300 and the type of pictures are outstanding, very neat quality and they are just beautiful. They look like they came out of a magazine. Very happy with this lens I totally recommend it!!

Two Formats with One lens!
I have a variety of wide angles including Sigma and Nikon, I could use them with an adapter, but wanted a native AF wide angle, I have both Nex7 and A7,, so, this lens interested me, one lens for both cameras, and wow,,, effectively a 15-27 on the cropped sensor, and really is a 13 to around 16 on the full frame. Wide angle joy!
At the suggestion of Trey Ratcliff, I decided to try the Sony E 10-18mm f/4. I needed a wide angle for landscapes and cityscape. This lens fits the bill and I couldn't be happier. I shoot with the a7R, and the fit is perfect. Lightweight and small, but with big results. Love the lens!

More versatile than expected
After using this 10-18 mm lens for about half a year now, this one is a winner! My photos mainly record travel and events with kids, not attempts at serious art photography for display. Well built and sharp
I've had the lens only a short time and have not made many pictures with it, but it feels well built and produces sharp results with my Sony a6000. Makes a nice, compact travel outfit when accompanied by the 16-70 and the 55-210.

Optics are good. Imaging is good. Not as crisp as I would have hoped, but that could be the sensor on NEX 7, but I have no way to verify

Awesome
I love this lens. It's tack sharp, focuses quickly, has excellent saturation and contrast and minimal chromatic aberrations. The lens is reasonably rectilinear out of the camera and spot on once corrected with the Lightroom profile. I've used it on my A6000s and an A7Rii. Of course on the A7Rii you only get around 18Mp from it since the body recognizes that APS-C format lens and crops accordingly. Being image stabilized you can hand hold it at stupidly long exposures and still get a sharp image!

best 12mm- 17mm full frame lens
Yes Full Frame! For landscape and indoor/caves ect. Should have been my first lens for my Sony A7s. Bought when the price dropped and took for a spin. Yes f/4 but one stop from 2.8 and I had to shoot @ f/4 with two other lenses 12mm fisheye and 14mm that had bad coma that looked like star trails. This lens at 50 sec no trails @ 200x and needle sharp star focusing at less than infinity. No color glow around stars. Great color, very sharp and clear.

Best little travel companion!
I purchase this lens last spring for a trip through central Europe. It stayed on my A6000 the whole time. I also brought along my A7ii and the kit lens that came with it. I was just blown away by the quality of the little guys compared to the full frame big brother. If you shoot landscapes and/or architecture this must be in your bag (strike that) on your camera!

SUPER for video
This little thing looks deceiving, it packs a punch above its weight. To some the amount of plastic materials using in it's construction might be negative. For me that is a huge advantage. I am able to use this lens on a very small 3 axis gimbal (MS1) with both A7RII and A7SII. The best 4K video quality from the R model is in S35 mode, making the 10-18mm lens the best wideangle option. Oh my, this lens is awesome!
Use this with my Sony NEX-7, is an excellent lens. Great for landscape and close quarters photos. Small, lightweight, fast autofocus...a fantastic lens! Very little fisheye distortion. Love this lens!

Best lens for the a6000
I wanted a wide angle lens to mimic what I have with my Canon 5D MkIII and this one had great reviews. I'm happy that my shooting shows great results. I haven't tried prints greater than 11x17 nor prints in low light situations, but impressive results from an APC-S sensor. I wish Sony's other e-mount lenses were as sharp.

Best lens
This has to be the best crop sensor wide sngle lens for any camera. Especially at this price (I had the $ off). I thought it was a lot of $ initially but after having shot it i can truly say its worth the price

Superb ultra wide angle lens
After taking it on its first outing, I am extremely pleased with the images obtained with this lens. It has a great angle of view without extreme fish-eye lens distortions. It is ideal for cityscapes, landscapes, and architectural photography in tight spaces. Added benefits are relatively small size and weight, sharpness, and accurate focusing.

A wonderful lens for APS-C e mount cameras
I bought this lens for my Sony Nex-7 just before departing for a vacation in Venice and Sicily. Awesome lens for crop sensor!
I got this lens to use with my A6000 because I have heard & read nothing but good informations about this lens. I have had it for about a month now and it has been mainly using for outings. The images are sharp, color rendering is really really good, bokeh is nice smooth, eye pleasing. I haven't played much in lowlight yet, but it seems to be a keeper for a long time. I'd recommend if you are in the market for a wide angle lens. It's a lens you must have for crop e mount.
