WOW! This thing is heavier than I thought it would be. Substantial. It took a few minutes to set it up. I actually had to read the directions. That's the downside. 10 minutes to figure it out. The upside: Sound quality is good. And for me, since it's an interview mic, the fact that the sound falls off dramatically (read: kills background noise well) is a serious bonus.

good sound, great value
This mic is tough and has a nice range. The Freq response is awesome, a little bright but clean. The only down fall is that the hand movement on the body does telegraph to the capsule a bit.

Great Mic for the money
Used in a pro environment 8-10 feet from the receiver so signal loss/dropout and interference is not an issue. Great,well built microphone.
