Executive summary - Works great - thanks B&H! We got a new VoIP phone system in the office. My Plantronics headset didn't work with the new phone - it required an adapter specific to that phone, which the headset company happily sold me. The information on the page where I ordered that adapter warned me I'd need a phone jack y-splitter in order for my 'on-the-phone' light to work, and that the splitter wasn't included. Worked as designed!I
I needed this part for my wireless headset (the connections went bad on my original equipment - first with crackling, then nothing.) The new part was exactly what I needed and all is working fine. My only complaint is that it took longer to ship than was originally stated.

Exact replacement
5 stars because its an exact part but the over all quality of the part is not great. I wouldn't have had to get a new one if they were built better in the first place.
