DJI Mavic Pro Platinum Fly More Combo
The perfect starter bundle.
This bundle was perfect to get into and start flying with the Mavic. With anything less you will be waiting on batteries to charge and immediately be ordering extras anyway. The only issue I had was that the $79 dollar value bag to carry the Mavic and all the parts in the bundle is very very tight. Almost not doable and certainly with no room for anything else you add. Everything else exceeded my expectations. Love the Mavic Pro!

Totally Worth it!
The Mavic is an Amazing quad-copter for a beginner or advance user. I love it so much!! it is super extra stable and you can flight it indoor as well. it's super compact which I love, makes it super easy to travel with. Get the Fly More Combo. you won't regret it.

Worth the wait!
The product was on back order for a month, but so far it is a terrific aircraft. I have only used it in Beginner Mode to date because of my limited experience, but it seems very responsive, and I feel secure when flying it. Make sure you watch some of the available tutorials and you're good to go! Reason for 4 stars - Maybe a little more printed documentation would be helpful, but not a big problem; you can download the user manual on the DJI site. The bag that comes with the Combo is a little small and I worry that I will break the propellers or something, but I will probably get used to it.

one of the best camera items i own now

Boy, what a thrill
I received my Mavic just in time to take it on our trip to Maui. Before I left, I flew the Mavic approx. 10 times, getting used to it and dialing in the advanced functions I wanted. The ease of travel with the fold up and small size drone is just unbelievable. When on Maui I would fly around 7am in the morning out over the ocean looking for turtles and whales. I still cannot believe the wonderful images I captured. My two passions in life are flying RC models and Photography. This is a match made in heaven.

Great camera drone, but build quality issues present
2 weeks and 34 flights, all of which were less than 15min each, and now there is a crack on the nose. I've always flown very carefully, and put it into the DJI bag nose up. No crashes and no extreme weather conditions, but there is now a tiny crack on the nose of the drone. Besides the build quality issues, it's been a really great purchase!

Absolutely incredible. Without a doubt the best drone out there. Beginner or experienced pilot will like it. Easy to fly, great video and still shots. Does exactly what DJI says it will do.

Exceeds expectations
The Mavic Pro is easily the best piece of gear that I have bought in the last couple of years. It's very impressive. Build quality, design of the physical device as well as it's software exeed expectations. It was unpleasant to wait two months, but it was worth it in the end.

Great, but bad build quality
Today is 14 days since my Mavic Pro was delivered. I've done 34 flights, all of them under 15 min just to be careful. I don't think i've pushed it hard at all, but yesterday i did notice a fracture on the nose. I've never crashed/bumped it, I'm always very careful putting it back in the DJI bag(nose up), and i haven't even tried out sport mode yet. portability is the real selling point
I love this drone. Sure, there are drones out that feature better cameras (or can haul a true camera rig), but the portability of the Mavic is its key feature and opens up filming opportunities that would be challenging and maybe even impossible with bigger drones. The ability to put the Mavic and controller in a tiny bag and easily walk around to find a suitable takeoff/landing location is clutch. Highly recommended.

Amazing technology
Finally got my Mavic in early January after placing my order at the end of October. It is my first drone so it took a while to get used to the interface in the app. It's nice to have an iPhone 7plus with a large screen for viewing in flight. Easy to fly!
I am a videographer and this is my first drone. I am just learning how to fly it but so far it flies like a dream. Hand flying is so easy and I cannot wait to try out the auto flight features. The Mavic fly more combo has been amazing! My first day with it I put in over 2 hours of flight time, in one go, without needing to stop for recharges. We have had the chance to use it on several shoots for angles which would have been impossible before this drone. A joy to fly for fun or profit.
I've owned the Phantom 2, Phantom 3 (two of these), Phantom 4 and the Mavic. What's truly amazing is that the more complicated these drones have become the easier they are to fly. This doesn't mean you should just unbox it and fly though. Take your time, small steps and be safe. It's true. This is the most portable fun toy, ever. Stable, with long flight time, 25 min average of the 27 min claimed in optimum conditions...pretty nice! Watch the YouTube videos, download the litchi app (iOS), and you are all set. I really dig this drone.

Great Product and Size
Very Solid built and small. You can put in small backpacks for hikes. Because of size you take it with you more than you would if it were the Phantom 4 The only thing I wished it has that the Phanton 4 has, is the avoidance in 5 axis vs the Mavic is only forward and down avoidance Great Product

Mavic PRO Fly More Combo is well worth the wait!!
The Mavic pro is all they claim and more.I brought mine from what I think is the best place to buy any Quad or Drone and that's B&H Photo. You don't pay till ship so no one is holding your money for months.The Mavic pro is easy to set up and fly. And boy is it STABLE! Wow! You won't be sorry to buy this one it is the best in it's field.Also it has all the bells and whistles as the Phantom 4 Pro.

Pretty cool!
I am a Realtor and bought this drone to get aerial photos and videos the properties that I am helping my clients sell. Mavic Pro is the drone of the future., Some adjustments the app and HD filters for an excellent video. This drone only has two weeks in the market. We will soon see many components that will improve the video. And we will see the Mavic Pro 2 next year.
