I bought these with the SONY MDR-V6 phones because I already knew the pleather cushions would start flaking off bits of black stuff. The grabby lip on these is too deep to seat into the groove on the MDRs, but I just let them wrap all the way onto the back.

I purchased these ear pads for a pair of Koss Pro-dj200 headphones. They were a little hard to get on, but they fit fine. They are way more comfortable than the stock pads. The sound did not change at all. Good ear-pads Dekoni
