Great mic for the money.

After using Shure p57 and58s for years I decided to try a condenser mic for in home recording. I chose the c-3 for the name and the price. Glad I did. My first recording with it was great. 2 feet away from my guitar and froggy voice, and everything was clear as a bell. I used it to record a practice session with a friend placing it between us and everything was clear and crisp. I have yet to use it on stage, but expect the same results. it took 3 minutes to set this mic up. and was very pleased. no more kissing the mic, which is a pain while I play. I now have freedom to move my head and still be picked up. the clarity makes me really happy. just watch how much reverb you use, and your gain on Omni directional(feedback). I am quite pleased for the money.
