GOOD, CRISP, ACCURATE, AND GOOD PRICE
I use this monitor mainly for photography. The size makes it easy to work large. The screen is crisp, and more usefully, accurate right out of the box. My prints (I use both Epson R2400 and Stylus Pro 7890) were so close to the monitor that I have not bothered w/calibration. HD is the ONLY way for Photographers
I use the product daily to edit and retouch images for my business clients. Now, my eyes do not get overly tired after only an hour of work. Thank goodness for the quality of this monitor. I was able to eliminate the stand for the other monitor, thus reducing the clutter on my desk. Whoo HOOO!

Worth the long wait
I got it connected to a new gaming rig and the high res is worth every penny. Brightness is what I expected from an LED screen. The antiglare finish is better than what I though, being so large it would have been an inconvenience otherwise. I am particularly happy with the variety of connectors, ASUS really goes a step beyond, also the height, tilt and angle adjustments make the massive screen fit every occasion.

Asus claims that it supports 100% sRGB, which, according to my monitor calibrating software, is almost perfectly accurate. See screen shots. My calibration s... Show More

Asus vs Apple
I purchased this to work on photographs with my new Mac Book Pro. After considerable research I realized this monitor was as good as the Apple Retina 27 at nearly half the price. I have no regrets
