Took a little work, but worth it
The first unit I received had challenges displaying some of my images; since my return window was about to expire, I exchanged the frame for a second device. The replacement exhibited the same problem where pictures were distorted/discolored. I had read that Aluratek has great customer service, but they never returned numerous calls or web messages. I found an article about a decode error that some people experienced that suggested resizing the images to align with the resolution of the frame (1024x768). I applied those changes to the troublesome pictures and all now display clearly.

Works OK but not for long
I like the picture but the viewing angle is not so good and the remote doesn't work with a darn. The built in ram has problems so I just formatted it and used a flash drive instead. The worst thing is it died after just over two years. Won't buy again.

Great gift for my Dad
I have an 8 inch frame that my Dad has admired for some time. My husband found this one at B&H (one of his favorite stores), I got this one as a Christmas gift for my Dad and its perfect. I have found it is working well for my Mom who is having memory problems too. Very easy to set up, different options for timing, and resolution incredible. The price was much better than major online store !!!

Easy Setup - Great
My mother enjoys the show of over 5000 pictures showing years of her family (4 children. 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Mom is 93, with Alzheimer's and she still enjoys the slide show and she is able to remember many of the events depicted!!

Not the one
Picture quality was OK, but the screen had a couple large dark smudges. Promptly returned it and got a replacement that was too dark and had cloudy light spots. Also could not see the picture without tipping the screen back. Returned that one for refund.

Great product at a fantastic price point
This was a holiday gift and I had to set it up and run it first. Picture quality is very good. Easy to operate. I purchased a 32 GB SDHC memory card because I (thought) I had more photos to roll through than the internal 8 GB of memory (1000 large size photos didn't come close to even the 8 GB). Also wanted to see how it cycled through external memory and it was seamless. Great purchase.

lots of options and great colors
easy to set up and load pix, using the included USB cable. pix are viewable from 10 feet away, though not perfect. haven't tried direct SD chip loading yet.

Unfortunately we own 5 Aluratek ADMPF315F photo frames
In less than one year, one has failed and all 5 have a bug in the Auto On/Off feature that Aluratek wont fixed. The Auto On/Off feature works one time and will never work again until you unplug it. I called Aluratek technical support they couldnt get the Auto On/Off feature to work. Not disappointed with display quality
The quality of photo display on the large screen is quite good. I have found the operation of the frame's remote to be inconsistent and somewhat unpredictable. However, for the price paid, I am satisfied with the display of digital photos.

Good picture, not so good viewing angle
So far I like this picture frame. It's ok once you get it set up. The remote leaves a lot to be desired and the off angle viewing is not so good vertically. You have to view it at a level angle otherwise the picture fades out. One thing about the auto shutoff and turn on timer, is that the slide show starts over when it turns back on in the morning. Also it starts over again whenever you do any adjustments in setup.

I purchased this frame at B&H on impulse so I did not get a chance to read the reviews before purchasing. This frame has a decent image quality and brightness however I found that the slideshow gets hung up on some photos for 6 to 7 seconds. I have my photos set to 3 seconds so to have a random photo hung up that long is very noticeable. defect unit
Poor quality, totally not working and defect unit. I had it turned on and it worked a few minutes and the screen went dark. Cannot turn on anymore. I have initiated a return process. Thanks.

Good price but not really a good buy
I was hesitant to give this 2 stars but did only because of price. The disappointment was in two areas. First, I purchased this with a 8GB SD card thinking that I could load photos on the card and have the frame read from the card for the slide show. Not the best digital frame
the picture frame does what it was intended to do. However I'm not impressed with the resolution of the frame the pictures do not come out as clear as they should. Also there is no way to have your pictures show in a random order which is frustrating. They show exactly the way you have it loaded on the card or the frame. No way to change it. There is a random command but it only controls how the screen changes from one picture to another and that is not even a smooth transition as some of the pictures do not show during the transition. Not the best digital frame.

well satisfied with my 15 inch digital Hi-Rez frane
Everything works just fine, right from the get-go. In reading reviews from other customers I noticed that many of them were critical of the remote control. In my case I found it to work flawlessly, and makes things go much easier, than not using it. Picture Quality is Very Good.

Nice frame, no 10000 pics limit
I purchased this frame to replace my NIX X15C, which has the limit of 10,000 pictures, will not show more. This one shows ALL the pictures you have on SD card. Reliving the past is great
My dear husband got this for me for Mother's Day. After downloading 4000 family pictures, I can now relive our 25 years together with our kids family and friends. The times we traveled, the places we've been and the things we've done are all flashed in random acts of vision or we can replay them in synchronized order. I get to see things my way all day. What a great way to remember.

Firmware Problem
Device has good screen quality but my unit had to be returned since important controls did not function. The Auto Power On/Off settings did not work and the random display of pictures was anything but random.

This frame is large and shows photos clearly. But, it has problems that I don't like. 1. The buttons don't always work. For instance if I want to change the mode of slide transition, I can't make the frame respond to either the remote or the buttons on the back to select a different mode. 2. Worked great for 10 Months, Now Dead
Product worked great for 10 months and now it is dead, Took out the Power supply, replaced the Power supply , worked for a few days, now it is dead again.

for it's price it's good
you can hang it up on the wall but it's very thick which means it sticks out a lot and you can bang in to it on the wall but other then that it's a good product,(remote is junk)
