Just 10 months.. battery life wears out
As a long time Westone user, I had high expectations when I purchase this, but my 1st month of usage, I was truly disappointed. I have intermittent Bluetooth cut-outs, sometimes I could hear digital errors. I tried it both on iPhone 7+, iPhone Xs MAX I experienced the same problems. Just 3 months in, the power buttons plastic broke, and I have to use a clear tape to keep the broken piece in place, I always keep my earphones together with the Blu... Show More

Fails early and often during workouts
I purchased the Westone Bluetooth cable to allow unrestricted movement during my workouts; however, less than 30-minutes into my first session using these, the connection was compromised. This lead to continuous "drops" in the connection and, thus, a miserable experience during the workout. I suspect this is a failure limited to their inability to deal with sweat -- i.e. the Bluetooth module on the cable IS NOT sweat resistant as suggested -- so they may work well if used during typical day-to-day situations.

Way better then having a cord.
use this with my w40's and to be honest hard to tell a difference between cord and cordless. I get small cut outs every once in a while if riding my bike with them. Totally worth it not to have a cord! With phones moving to getting rid of 3.5mm jack this is the future.

Great functionality and sound
The cable connects to my Shure earbuds easily. It is short so doesnt get in the way. Bluetooth hooks up easily. Charges quickly from a USB port and lasts a long time. Sound is excellent (I have B&w P9 wireless headphones for crtitical listening) but cant be better than your buds and grommets. Experiment with the latter. Issues: I can only connect to 1 BT device at a time. It should connect to 2 devices. Possibly operator error. The connectors are straight but the Shure buds really need angled connectors to fit properly/comfortably.

Good idea, sounds great with support for BT Aptx
I use this product with my Weston W40 and Weston ADV series. Normally for on the go, or at the Gym The Good: The sound quality is great, it's even better with the cable if the device supports Bluetooth Aptx. Example of this, using my Westone Adv with the Westone BT cable I notice the difference, it sounds cleaner and spacious than with the cable, but with the Westone W40 I still prefer the cable. Normally my MacBook Pro will sound better than my ... Show More

Not bad so far!
Like a few others I was pleasantly surprised to finally see a Bluetooth cable compatible with the Shure SE Series IEM's (Still surprised Shure do not make one themselves!). Sound-wise its not bad at all - it can sound a little compressed sometimes (using via a iPhone 5S) - will probably be different through a newer/better phone/source - was not expecting miracles compared to a cable so all good. One issue is the output is not v. loud so have to c... Show More

Great Cable, Amazing for listening, Horrible for daily use
I was really excited to try out this cable, as it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. A way to continue using my beloved Shure headphones, but cut the wire and move into the modern era of wireless headphones. If all you're concerned about is listening, the cable is 4/5 stars and potentially better than using the cable. The only ding from listening only perspective is the obnoxious volume up and down tones that are not necessary and seem ... Show More

Feel the music not the wires
I own 4 pairs of Westone earphones including custom monitors. I tested with all of them and they work really well and light weight worth every penny that you spent for this bluetooth. I always buy gear from BH!

Good sound, okay battery life
I've been using this bluetooth cable with a pair of Sennheiser SE535s and my iPhone 6 for a couple of weeks now. To my ear the audio quality is essentially indistinguishable from using a wired cable. The controls are pretty easy to use even though you have to do it blind when you're wearing the earphones. The bump on the center button helps a lot with this. It does take a little trial and error to get a feel for how long the button presses for th... Show More
