This lens has made a huge difference to the utilization of the Sony camera. Love this lens and its abilities. The negative would be that it can't be used with a viewfinder.

Great wildlife lense
I took the E-Mount 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Zoom Lens for NEX Camera by Sony 20 miles into the wilderness. The lense enabled me to capture some fantastic wildlife photos.

Instant professional results
Well as professional as I am likely ever to be. Great for stills, but not great as a video lens only due to the lack of image stabilization. On a tripod...perfect.

great lense
I just purchased this lense for a trip to Death Valley,ca. It works very well and takes great pictures. The only issue is that for such. A compact size its heavy.

Sony is always high quality.
This Lens is expensive but it's worth. The quality is no doubt and it's perfect working with nex5. If you use nex3 or nex5, I recommend to buy this lens.

Want to be a Pro
The lens works perfect nice feel to it, it is very solid and very xey. photos are sharp, focus is fast and exact, I have it since few days in I love it.

Lens is great for moving shots such as sporting pics.... Awsome zoom on it compared to the 18-55mm... very heavy though but you will get use to it!

Sony Quality
This lens is what I expected from Sony - Very good quality for a reasonable price. Works well with my FS-100 camcorder. Fairly slow though.

Sony 18-200 NEX Lens finally available!
Great lens, but learned I needed to get a flash extender to use the flash with the lens extended. It really should have come with the lens.

The 18-200 lens is a good multi use lens
The lens lock is good to keep the lens from extending when not in use. Also, I like tightness of the lens for adjusting the focal length.
