replaced an older unit - same model. Works fine
I had a previous model that was about 16 years old that worked well and i relied on it. When it quit working reliably, i talked with Plantronics tech support. The person there was very helpful and recommended the model number to replace my existing one. I had such good service from my first one, and such an easy time contacting Plantronics tech support, that I bought the one he recommended. I plugged it in to my existing phone and existing Plantronics headset and it works great.
