B&H Photo: Purchase LG Blu-ray/DVD Burner
I researched this item and purchased it for the purpose of DVD and Blu-ray burning. The unit arrived on time and is working as expected. It can write double layer Blu-ray and DVD disks. I use it on an HP laptop with an internal DVD burner to reduce the time to re-produce BR,DVD/DVD-DL, or CD disks. I would recommend this LG burner for its speed and functions, not so much for its price. Over all very satisfied.

Great Products & Service
Needed a replacement Blu-ray burner for my Mac as the Samsung I had been using had turned into a brick for lack of support. Previous experience with B & H made the purchase of the LG a no brainer given the many positive reviews. Only negative being a Mac supported driver doesnt come with the product . 40 bucks later for a downloaded interface between the Mac & LG burner & all is well. Definitely would purchase from B&H again based on the excellent service from order to prompt delivery. You dont need me to comment on the breadth of their product line. Pricey Leica ? Its in stock ! Kudos !

Works Well For Me
The writer was easy to set up. Currently use the 25G discs. I am quite impressed with the results along with making more in the future.

THE Swiss Army Knife of media drives!
I've had this drive for a few months and it has performed flawlessly every time I've used it. I'm pretty sure this drive supports every type of media you throw in it. Highly recommended!

Wouldn't burn M-Disc DVDs
I bought this burner so I could burn M-Disc DVDs and Blu-ray disks. My first disk stopped mid-process with an unknown error. I then successfully burned a DVD, not wanting to waste any of the more expensive M-Disc DVDs. I attempted to burn another M-Disc DVD, with the same lack of success. Bluray writer at its best
Good looking, light, easy to hook to your preferred computer. Only thing missing might be a soft case like the one I had with my older dvdrw. It's also compatible with m-disc, bluray 100gb. Highly recommended!!
