Great Computer at a Great Price!
I'm a Mac user for the last 10 years and always wanted a 27" iMac, I'm happy to inform that I'm not disappointed, it works flawlessly!

Fully capable for professional use
It's fast, it's sleek, and, when loaded with RAM and a high-end graphics card, fully capable of handling large photo/video files with ease. When they're put together well, they're the best.

Awesome!
Highly recommend this model iMac. Great size screen, easy to setup. Supplied keyboard is kinda small and dinky. Ended up using my older model Apple extended keyboard. Recommend buying additional RAM separate to save money. Easy to install for someone familiar with computers.

The very best idea.......
Cheaper than Best Buy by hundreds of dollars..... Went ahead and bought this model as I can still upgrade the memory to 64 gig of ram..... the new one that is coming before the end of the year has to be ordered "as is " and cannot be upgraded and you pay the Apple price for memory upgrade..... This is a 7th generation I7 and quad core.... there will always be faster but you are talking a difference of a second or two..... as if that really matter... Show More

The only downside is I can see critical focus too well!
Great machine. My 2011 17" MBP fried and so I decided to go with the iMac since most of my work is in the office. This machine handles video and photo editing with ease.

Great for lite photo editing and everyday use! Awesome Displ
Our first apple computer, purchased primarily for lite photo editing and daily use. For photo editing it is great the apple native "photos" lets you do some editing quickly which is what 95% of our photos need. Apple's photos, can read the Canon 7D RAW images making the iMac and awesome a quick tool to review and touch up our pics. For daily use, we use a variety of kids education and fun apps and its nice to have them link up with the iPad's purchased apps. We highly recommend this iMac for anyone that needs a good quality computer with midrange+ performance.

Great computer
Coming from windows, this computer looks and performs like what I've heard from people who love Macs. B&H, buy far had the best price and I had it in my hands in 2 days with free shipping. First MAC computer in 71 revolutions around the sun!
My first reaction to this Imac 27 purchase was the receipt of this new Imac delivered by B&H! The Imac was extremely well packaged and opening the box was an adventure of packaging genius by Apple. Great Machine
The screen is beautiful and the machine is quick. Using a Time Machine backup made transfer of data extremely easy. Not a hitch anywhere to be experienced. The only things I'm dealing with at the moment are 1) the extra expense of adapters and docks for Thunderbolt 3. You might want to add in a couple hundred dollars more if you want a good box to plug in all your peripherals; and 2) extra memory (I'm elevating from the 16 GB the machine came with to 32). Lightroom is a different animal on this iMac compared to the late 2009 model I'd been using.

A razor sharp display; lighter in weight than previous 27" iMacs. When they're made well, they're fantastic.

This is a sweet machine!
I am an fan of MacOS and Apple quality. I also like to play games, and some of those games aren't available for MacOS. This makes a perfect dual boot machine for the gamer in me, while letting me run all of my Mac applications at a very high level of performance. Setup was an easy migration from my last iMac. No complaints. The Radeon Pro 580 is faster than I expected for gaming.

Stunner is all I can say
Its a great computer but I got I7 4.2Gh which might be a over kill for my purposes. But heck it should last a long time for me. Over all its apple and nothing else more need say.

It was good, man!
I got it and it worked--cept the "magic" mouse. The right-click is a bummer, especially when activated...This dude would rather bump a real mouse in the right hip--better results!

DOA
The iMac worked for about an hour and after shutdown process never started again. Took to local apple store which they tried to repair logic boardx2. After a week apple decided that they would just give me a new one.

It's bigger and better than my first TV
Yup, I'm old... but this thing is amazing. This is my second iMac. The first one lasted 7 years. I never powered it down and it never crashed. This thing is several times faster, runs smoother, cooler, quieter, and has a fantastic 5K screen. If I can get 7 years out of this thing I will be one happy camper. Great price, showed up a day earlier than expected, and took all of 10 minutes to unpack and have it running. Awesome.
