Grainy, Blurry Facetime HD Cam
Right out of the box, when I started checking all features of the new macbook air, the facetime hd camera was grainy, blurry. I tried FaceTime app, Photo Booth app, Facebook Messenger Video Call app, Skype app, all of which have the same result, poor quality hd camera.

Im very happy with my purchase. The delivery was made on the correct date, very fast by the way, and this was one of the reasons I choose buy on BH. And about the laptop, Im discovering how to use..hahaha Its very fast, intuitive, light and it is attending my needs.

Perfect!
Ive been looking into getting this laptop since it was released, and after some research I decided to go for it. It is a huge upgrade from my 2015 MacBook Air. The screen quality is much better, and the speakers are much louder! I couldnt be happier with my laptop!

Delivered as promised
Received my new MacBook Air as promised. While I have other Apple products this is my first experience with a Mac. So far I like it! Keyboard takes a bit of getting used to but seems responsive. Like the tracpad but I need to learn how the various motions function.

Great laptop...not so great a color!
Love the new Air, not too crazy about the gold color (it turns out it is really rose. Laptop is light, fast, and the display (retina) is 1000 times better than my previous Air. B&H is a great place to buy...speedy service and no taxes for us who live in the stix!

Beautiful color case, beautiful display
Apple has made MacBook Air even better. However, I do wish that Apple didnt change power and USB connections so often. Messing with adapters is such a pain, but most peripherals still do not use USB C. Perhaps Apple should use USB C in iPhones, but not laptops.

300 NITs Screen
Hello, I had all sorts of reservations from reviews making a big deal of the screens low light registration of 300 NITs. First, I found that Lenovos X1 Carbon is also 300 NITs. Secondly, the screens brightness is not a problem. Happy with my purchase.

Great Lap Top
Screen is a little small due to changing from a 15 inch screen, but I am adjusting just fine. I love the Apple computers, I had to use an HP while waiting for my new Apple, it made me realize how superior the Apple product is. I recommend this MacBook Air.

Worth the investment
After years of holding out, I finally purchased my very first MacBook Air. The design and system efficiency is exactly as described online. It is surprisingly user friendly and easily transportable. I wont be going back to my Dell or Lenovo in the future!

Perfect for travel and snappy for my use
I use this for writing, emails, excel and coffee roasting. Snappy in all regards for that. Keyboard is noisy though hence 4 not 5 stars. I was worried it would be slow and its not. I did get 16gb RAM and 512 SDD. Except for the loud keyboard I love it.

Defective computer
Computer was defective from the start. B&H offered return but would not honor price on a replacement item. They suggested I go through Apple which means I have to start off with a refurbished computer when I bought it new. Poor customer service.

Got the item in less than a week even when it was on backorder. B&H is a good place to buy apple products. In the end, I got the 256gb model for the price of the 128 if you buy from apple and after paying taxes. So its a good value Thanks again.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Replaced a mid-2012 15 non retina Macbook Pro so the size difference is awesome. Screen looks awesome, plenty fast enough for my use. Battery life ranges between 10-13 hours based on what I have been doing. Price on B&H was the best I have seen

New MacBook Air 2018
The packaging was amazing and it allowed for full protection. I dont know if its just my MacBook but after using it for about 30 minutes it gets super hot and I dont know what to do except to just turn it off before something bad happens.

This is a wonderful, zippy little computer - light weight, fast, beautiful display, nice speakers.It charges quickly and keys do not seem noisy. Set-up is easy, as is moving data from old to new - step-by-step instructions are clear.

good update for the macbook air
Compared to the previous version, the screen and speaker quality are greatly improved. It took me some time to adjust to the new keyboard, but I like the shorter travel. The smaller size is also convenient for transporting it around.

This is my 3rd Macbook and 1st MacBook Air. With enhanced, low-power draw GPU, this more than handles all of my photo and social media content rendering. Excellent battery life and 12 ounces lighter than my previous MacBook 13.
