Ok when new but only seem to last a few months.this is the second one I have taken back.as usual Argos replace no problem. May be worth investing in more expensive set.

Xbox One chat headset
Nice lightweight headset. Comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions. Easy to attach to controller. Only down side is game chat can be a little quiet, even with game sounds/music turned down.

i recommend this headset it is really good the sound quality is amazing and the connectivity is good the comfort is spectacular and it is decent for the price I'm completely happy with this product.

the design is very poor ,it only lasts approx. 6 weeks,then has to be replaced,i think it should be redesigned like the xbox 360 wireless headset.which costs twice as much but is much better quality.advise everyone who buys, to take out the product insurance

Excellent
Exactly what I needed. Brilliant quality at a low price. Sound and mic quality is great and headset is comfortable to wear. They look smart and are the official Microsoft xbox one headset. Overall, it does the job very well.

Functional Headset
No major gripes about this headset, as I have bought this one before. That's the point though - think Microsoft could build them to last a bit longer (design) and perhaps pay more attention to comfort.

Does exactly what it is supposed to and looks good
The headset worked first time, as it should. The sound quality is good enough for gaming & chatting to friends and is easily loud enough. The headset will only work with Xbox One controllers, that is the only reason the connectivity score is lower. The actual connection to the controller feels sturdy and does not come out on its own. I have worn the headset for up to 3 hours in one sitting and did not feel any discomfort. Looks-wise, it is sleek and clean enough.

We had to return this product as it didn't work, also our controller needed to be updated to install it and this required us to buy another wire

When my old head set broke. Couldn't find anywhere that sold the old style single headset. As the sound and quality is of high standard my old one lasted over 2 years so had to get another the same. Bombproof quality

I purchased this Xbox one mic for my cousin for Christmas he was over the moon with it, it was so simple to work and it is worth the price. The mic is easy to set up and is well designed.

Average and Overpriced
For the price, the product is way too flimsy and unreliable. Uncomfortable to wear and use. Was going to purchase another headset, however, it required an adapter or headphone jack - equally as useless.

This product is inferior
This was an exchanged item under faulty goods and the second of its kind. It is made very poorly. The first just snapped. And the second.....,the sound vanished. On speaking to other Mums and Mngr at Argos - there are a lot of returns of this item! I got the extended warranty this time....Just in case. These head sets are cheap and affordable but sadly not reliable. Mngr at Redhill Branch v. helpful. Also "Luke at Sutton Surrey Store - whilst dealing with exchange.
