Worth paying extra for the Xbox version
Purchased this for my son who has his headset glued to his head normally, we have bought cheaper ones in the past and he either dislikes the fit or they stop working after a short amount of time. These are great he hasn’t complained about the fit and comfortability and they haven’t stopped working yet (fingers crossed) and I tried them the other day and the sound quality is great!

Good Headset
Purchased for my son he really likes them. He can play with his friends whilst the TV is on mute, He gets all the enjoyment of the game sound and chatting to his friends without disturbing the rest of the household

Ear piece not working
Only 3* because as much as they look nice and fit well. After 3 days of trying the connection in 1 ear did not work. So I refunded

My son is happy with his headphones
My son is really happy with his headphones. I can still hear him talking to his friends so maybe the whispering mechanism could be a bit better?

Good quality ear phones
As one of the gifts for my son at Christmas as he and his friends had looked on line and all wanted the same set. Great sturdy construction and quality head set. Fully recommended by my son and his friends and by me after looking around and found Argos to be the best on price.

Excellent sound and really comfortable
Really comfortable and great sound. I game quite a lot and it just sits really well and it is really clear which direction the sound it coming from. This is the 3rd pair I have as both others have had issues but I am buying another because this is the 3rd in 5/6 years and they are well used.

They are not bad
Only problem is that they don't come with a 3.5 mil jack plug so you have to use the adaptor which is okay if you like the mute and volume at your thumb tips but I think it takes some of the comfort of the controller away; my opinion.

Good, but keep your proof of purchase
Great headset, purchased for my son. Sound quality is good and the mic is clear, so he tells me... However, poor build quality lets it down. We are on our third headset now, each lasting around 3 months before they stop working. The fault seems to be the connector / wire which break very easily with normal use and game play. Argos however have been fantastic at replacing them, cannot fault the service we have received. Have taken out the extra cover on the latest one...

Entry level headset
I recently bought an Xbox one s and needed a headset so I picked this one the sound is pretty good on them but there are some down falls to it if alot of shooting or something is happening in game with alot of sound it gets very distorted and the sound quality drops massively other than that they are ok

Do not buy these headphones.
These headphones at first glance seemed like a bargain but after only a few days of using these the headphone jack cable started causing issues with the microphone quality, my voice would sound terrible to others in the Xbox Live Party. They’re also extremely uncomfortable. I returned these and spent an extra £20 to get the ASTRO A10 headphones and they’re far better and reliable.

Comfortable but not the best sound
Easy to connect up to Xbox. With an older style controller the fact that it came with the adapter was great. Controller did have to be updated for it to work but the cable required to do so was included. The headphones are on the quiet side even with the volume up full. The sound is also not great either and I felt it was a little tinny. The mic is an unknown at the moment as not had the chance to try it out. They are comfortable even while wearing glasses. Not a bad headset to start off with.

Headset beautiful and comfortable
I have bought my 12-year-old many of headset in the past and they never seem to go more than a couple of weeks before they develop some issues, but so far so good, this one has been brilliant.

My son's xbox headset wouldnt do without.
Love the insurance I took out on headset I have replaced the item three times over the years due to wear and tear. Would always use Argos insurance protection well worth it. Also customer service at Argos Upton amazing. Friendly, informative and professional best Argos for me.
