I purchased the Vivitar magnifier to replace an old Rowi one that had seen better days. I am very impressed with the Vivitar lens, very little distortion and the LED lights are a nice added feature. For looking at small detail in Negs, Slides, Photos or small print, this glass is excellent and the price was great. Highly recommended.

so far serves my purpose for reading fine print nice clear picture from the magnified voew. covers a wide area that is easily read.
