Sound quality is amazing , real depth to games
Overall the headset is outstanding . All sounds are crisp and clean , so much more depth to any game or song with this headset. Comfort is good , could be improved but still reasonable. The designs greasy . The only thing is that the wire can occasionally get tangled in the mic .

Perfect headset.
Great headset, the only small problem I’ve noticed is an old dial up Internet type noise (this may just by my model of phone causing it) I can’t hear it myself but friends can, literally the only negative I can find it’s a perfect headset other than that hence the 4 stars

Good headset but
It's not what I expected. After about an hour they become a bit uncomfortable but it's not tragic. Sound quality is dissappointing when it comes to lower tones but it's quite decent in general. If you're not looking for an unreal sound experience - these are for you.

The mic. works well & fast connection
The Turtle beach head set looks very nice and works to perfection, I am well impressed great value for money. The sound quality is very clear and the connection is instant when plugged in without any delays. I recommend this to anyone who is playing on line gaming.

Badly designed
the headphones don't actually fit over your ears, they are too small, they sit on top causing pain, the wire also splits to each headphone rather than just one wire into the left, this makes it awkward to take them off, only good thing is the detachable microphone.

Very surprised on the quality
Very surprised on the quality due to the price. As it’s quite cheap for what you get. One downside is the removable mic as could easily get lost and leaves open to dirt getting into the jack with can cause interference on the mic. But other than that brilliant.

Son likes them
These headphones look great and my son says they are very comfortable. Only thing is, I can hear his friends talking through them from the next room. So although they might be noise cancelling for him, they're not for us. Other than that, had no problems so far.

Not Compatible With Nintendo Swirch
Contrary to what it says on the box these are not compatible with Nintendo Switch. Bought these for my grandson and following multiple attempts could not get the mic to work. Swapped them for a different make and has same problem. Complete waste of time!!

Brought these as replacement for son as his others broke and different brand he loved the colour and loves them when chatting to friends on xbox ... money well spent one happy son so one happy mum ... deffo recommend to family/friends

Excellent and easy setup worth every penny
Headset is something else, I just need to look up what the shooter presets have in them as in footstep and SHH rather than using that setting seperately, sometimes jumps in and out of sound on chat nothing major but overall a top of the shop headset

Does what it says on the tin!!
A nice pair of headphones and comfy for someone who doesn't normally wear these sorts of things. The cable is a decent length which is helpful. I purchased some of these a while ago for my son and he likes them a well. Reasonably priced as well.

Nice headset
Nice headset but not the comfiest and the wires that hang around the neck annoy my 7 year old son. Sound is good quality is alright just would be better if they were designed better. But overall they still work so there more sturdy then others

Rubbish
Don't bother buying them. They broke and damaged my sons xbox one controller. Metal pin snapped off inside. Second review posted as argos refused first one. Not keeping to guidance. I won't lie about a product to keep good sales or ratings.

Looks good but this is all
got this for a friend to use and the first one i got broke after 2 days and would not work at all. replacement worked for another 3 days and did the same got my money back nice looking headset thats about it i went back to steel series

Great bit of kit.
Brought these to replace a previous pair that were destroyed in a freak accident involving combat boots and stairs. Installation is just a case of plugging them in and the sound quality is excellent. Would highly recommend purchasing.

Great gaming headset
Great gaming headset works well with my laptop, sound quality is great, comfortable for long gaming periods. Only issue is the length of wire could be longer, although a extension (can purchase cheap) from a third party would sort this.

4th set within 12 months!
The go to headset for Xbox.......so disappointed. The microphone keeps failing so can’t communicate this is the 4th set exchanged!! Argos are fab and their service is top notch m, just think the quality of the item is appalling!!!

Good investment
Comfort is definitely high on these set of headphones they fit around the ear well, also a good little perk being able to detach the microphone from the headset itself. The sound quality a amazing, definitely worth the spending money

Fab headset
I brought this headset as a Christmas present for my step son and it was definitely money well spent. He loves it. It's comfortable, good sound quality and it's his favourite colour! All in all a fantastic headset for little gamers.

My voice sounds muffled & quality is mediocre
Setting it up was pretty easy. Whenever I chat with people they always say I sound muffled “like you’re inside a fish bowl” Audio is less clear with headset on (in comparison with iphone headphones) Would not recommend.

it does what I want it to do and more because when I have the thing plugged in, it means I dont hears the other people through the soundbar now and only really through the headphones and seems to be a reasonable price as well...

Great headset for money
Bought these headsets for my son to use on his XBox, his old ones had become old and worn and not very comfortable to wear. These new headsets were the same cost as his last headsets, but these look and feel better quality.

Great headphones and mic, had no issues for sound and voice quality. Plug and play no hassle for me sorting out settings. The ear muffs are a little small for an adult after a couple of hours you need to put take them off.

Mic inoperative after 1 week
Mike attaches to headset which I thought was a great little design extra. Not working after a week. Will have to return if only I knew where I put the receipt. Probably advise going for a fitted mic to avoid disappointment.
