Some say small is beautiful i say wow they be just Great they be. If you want speakers that do not crowd your work top then these are the ones for you, they might be cheap but they take you out of this world.

great value for these speakers
Decent enough sound quality for the price, I am impressed so far, however haven't tried listening to my back collection of late 70s punk yet.

Retro... and not in a good way
Listening to music on these speakers took me back to childhood and listening to Radio Caroline in the early 80s. The crackle and hiss was so authentic I felt sea sick! These were indeed halcyon days, but lets face it, the technology was diabolical, and we have no excuse in 2015 to listen to this kind of racket and the retrospective novelty soon wore off. Returned to the store, where I exchanged them for the much improved Logitech version

Basic but cheap and fit for purpose
Bought for PC at work so we could do some online training and they are easy to set up and do the job.

Bargain and a half
quite simply wow. I bought these speakers as I had just got a new pc and needed a set on a budget. I'm not a sound geek so i can't really comment on whether the sound quality is good in real terms or just for my use. but i was completely blown away by the sound. I was expecting the maximum volume to be half of what it is at the very most. But this was beyond my wildest expectations. i give this 5 meerkats

Fantastic speakers for my silent computer
My PC had no speakers with it so I was looking for a cheap set just for gaming and surfing online. These are amazing. Cheap and perfect for the job, they even have a headphone socket for I can listen to music without disturbing anyone. Great value and easy to set up and use. I would recommend these to anyone looking for speakers

Non shielded speakers
In yesteryear when I bought my first surround sound system the manufacturers (Pioneer) told me that the speaker that sits underneath the TV was shielded otherwise all I'd get was static and this is ALL I GET from these speakers because their short wires do not permit them to be placed anywhere other than very close to the laptop they derive power from. I returned them for a full refund.

only bought these speakers about a month ago and already they gong turn it on then after awhile it goes off not impressed with it will be returning it back

Ok but confusing
Once I got the speakers working the sound was adequate. However at first they wouldn't work so I swapped the jack to the microphone port instead of the speaker port and they worked fine. This maybe why some reviews mention them not working.

It works
Exactly what you'd expect. It's a good, loud pair of speakers. Not very bassey but you shouldn't expect it to be exceptional at the price. It's great for the price, and easy to use.

Dont work
Sorry these werent compatible n didnt work with my laptop even though its windows 10??? Also they looked 2nd hand with scratches on asif they been returned before.

Ideal bedroom tv speakers
Plugged into headphone socket on my TV and it gives a much better sound than the built in speakers, a cheap upgrade.

Fantastic Speakers for Value
I purchased these speakers as my laptop was too quiet when watching stuff. I didn't want anything fancy or expensive. I found these on Argos.com and thought they would just be cheap speakers that altered the sound a bit. I was shocked when I first used them as they were perfect! For the price, the sound is fantastic. Great for watching stuff if you are fed up of quiet laptop speakers. So glad I purchased, I can now watch stuff and hear everything perfect. I like how they are easy to use too.

Sleek and modern bargain!
Fabulous little speakers, just wanted something to sit on the desk to keep a bit of sanity whilst working, great sound, more bass than expected, no a massive amount, but very good for the price...and I'm extremely fussy!
