The TV is great

The internet is great but the built-in Alexa does not connect and control tv as advertised I have Alexa MK.3 in my lounge but tv will not connect

Tried it because of the reviews- very disappointed

I've bought this because it had very good reviews- and i said to try Toshiba. Well my experience was disappointing- it is very slow,will occasionally block on trying to exit Netflix screen- and you need to unplug it ,You will expect from a smart TV like this to fly on internet and to process your commands very quick but that is not happening- the TV is very slow. Alexa- the best that you can do with it is to turn the volume up and down plus ask how the weather is, anything else is to much .

Kids had fun

with built in Alexa. Everything was very easy to work and the installation was easy peasy.

Replacement TV

This was a replacement for a Panasonic tv that failed after eight months whilst under guarantee, the staff at Accrington Argos, Manager Luke and customer service assistant Sheria? were really helpful/friendly/efficient and resolved my problem by letting me choose a replacement tv. The Toshiba replacement has a far better picture and have found that i no longer need my sound bar as the quality of Toshiba sound is brilliant. Thanks to all .

Toshiba tv with alexa.

Great 43" 4k smart tv on a budget, picture using a hd source is very good and sound is great compared to other tvs, my only negative point is the alexa, it's not built in, you get a usb wired alexa box that sits near the tv, connecting it wasnt easy as the alexa wouldn't recognize the tv, now connected but still has problems, you ask alexa to turn on tv and it does, but after it comes on it tells you the tv isn't responding, it's a bit hit and miss, playing amazon music form tv is nice touch .

Easy to navigate

Love my new tv. Alexa included was a treat even though I haven’t managed to set it up yet. I had a bad experience a few days ago, the tv just froze for a few minutes whilst I was watching and wound’t take any order but I have switched the main off and on and the issue was gone.

TV looks good

Only bought this tv with Alexa because the one i wanted was out of stock picture quality excellent sound average but use soundbar anyway as for the built in Alexa if could give it no stars I would totally useless worked for a couple of days now just says not responding good job it was same price as one without Alexa else it would have been returned Toshiba need to sort this out.

perfectly good!

Bought for my bedroom so wasn’t looking for anything too flash or expensive and this ticks all the boxes. Great picture, great sound & easy set up. Sometimes it doesn’t respond to Alexa tho so needs to look into this. Should point out I am using it with the Echo and NOT the Alexa box that comes with the TV. I found the Alexa box that came with the TV would turn the TV on every time I said the “wake word” even when I just wanted the lights on similar. Overall though a great TV for the price

Alexa Toshiba TV

I have always had Samsung TV s but couldn't find one this time with the features I was looking for. Then I saw this Toshiba Alexa tv and checked out the features and haypressto here I am a very happy customer. It was so easy to set up but you have to remember not to say"Alexa" otherwise you lose the programme you are watching. Absolutely GREAT!!! Recommend you give it a try!!!

Tosh

Great TV has everything I wanted, good connectivity and a good picture. It did freeze up after I done the update for first time, but this was easily sorted by turning it off then on again. Had no problems since.

My Tv is great

I like the TV . It’s a great size for the neon bedroom . Only upside down is that the TV freezes at times which can be very annoying as we need to switch the plug and reconnect in order to the the TV back on running .

Alexa stopped working

The Alexa worked to start with- but not as good as the echo dot. It has now stopped working completely and I don’t know how to get this repaired. I had to get a new internet for the house as TV kept stopping. All good- but I only like nature programmes in HD. I am not keen on the realistic picture for other things.

Great looking TV, sound better than most

My previous TV was an LG and didn't last half as long as it should have done so I thought i'd try another brand. I went for this one based on price and previous experiences with Toshiba. The sound quality is much better than my last TV, an additional sound bar is not required. Picture quality is great. Alexa function is not really required and takes over from the speaker which is annoying. The TV would benefit from having 'buttons' it will only function from the remote.

TV exactly as described as good value

I've only just set the TV up and early impressions are very good. Good packaging and prompt delivery. Being old-fashioned, the technological side is a bit wasted on me but i'm told by my younger relatives that it is extremely well equipped .I probably won't use Alexa so cannot comment on it. Overall, very satisfied and good value for money and relatively straight forward to set up.

Perfect fit for my room

The tv is a good choice and quality . My only problem I had was the Bluetooth , I think that needs to be explained abit more however other than everything was easy to set up . The sound is amazing didn’t realise it was so loud my last tv was a Samsung and definitely was not this loud .
