Excellent and easy to use head set
This the the fourth head set I bought for my 9 year old daughter, all previous 3 (other model) faulty after a few weeks, and uncomfortable. This model is the best so far, didn't hear any complain from my daughter so happy days.

This product was great , the cost is fab and due to this I think it is excellent Only issues are lead is short and they do not explain that you need an adapter for the console so you can plug in the microphone to the pad

Headphones
Need xbox one adapter and an open NAT on your xbox before this headset will work on xbox. Once you have these it works perfect. Agros techs very helpful with any connection problems. My son is very pleased with this product.

Christmas
I can't really comment on quality etc as it's a Xmas gift however I've read reviews before I bought it as my son has went through 3 of the standard Xbox one headsets this hopefully will be better, got offered cover too

Great Headset
Bought this for my 8 year old daughter & she loves it, easy to connect, great value for money & she said it's got great sound quality & works really well for chatting with her friends while playing her favourite games.

Basic but good!
I brought this headset on an impulse, as wanted something bit better than standard issue! This does everything you need it to do, just don't expect to much. You get what you pay for, would recommend for casual gamers.

Overall very satisfied with this product, the only complaint would be that for use with Xbox One you require an adaptor which appears to be out of stock in Irish stores, had to order the adaptor direct from Microsoft

Looks Great, Really Comfortable
This looks really good, fits really comfortably and the sound quality is really good. It plays party/chat sounds but not game music. Can be used for things other than gaming such as online learning, video calls etc

Brought this when getting a new Xbox. Unfortunately was not able to try it working so it was replaced and the replacement also doesn't work so can't really rate it as can't get that far to seeing how it performs!

read before buying
I would make sure you read this message. You only can use head set on 360. Coz you have to buy a connection for the xbox1 and it will cost you 20pound more. It only say this on the box .???? Son is not happy

Do not buy
Bought this for my 7 year old son, as it was a bargain considering to the official Xbox one head set. The mic stopped working after 3 days. As I never kept the receipt I can't exchange for same product.

Excellent value headset
Bought for my son to talk to his friends when playing the Xbox great value sounds great and comfortable too. But no indication for turning the volume up or down. Would definitely recommend to people

Good quality
Swapped this headset as previous one had broken and I had took cover out on it. headset has a good sound and ihas good sterdy build at a reasonable price.. Hopefully last longer than the previous one.

Cheap gaming headset
Brought as I was using a phone handsfree, wanted something cheap as I don't use it all the time. Works great is prone to a bit of feed back and can only be worn one side apart from that a good headset

Look good and sound good

My headset was outstanding I could hear my friends

Had to return
The connector is a 3.5 mm jack. On the old style controller it takes a 2.5 mm jack. Not noted in the product description though it is on the box. Would be useful if an adapter was also included

Poor
The headset was very uncomfortable and had a problem with the mute feature being wired up back to front on the unit I received. Argos were very good as usual and refunded without any hassle.

Does not connect without adaptor.
The main downside to this is that it does not state you need the adaptor as well. However overall sound and quality is good. But i found the comfort of the head strap to dig in occasionally.

Xbox headset
Good product my only criticism would be that it doesn't tell you on the product discription that you need an adapter to use it on Xbox one. Even though it is advertised for Xbox 360 or one.

Good piece of kit
Purchased this for my daughter she loves the comfortable earpiece much softer than other headsets, I like that she only hears Xbox in one ear leaving the other ear free for real life sounds

Purchased this item for our 13 year old grandson and he was very impressed with the ease of connectivity and controls for usage. He contacts his friends via the gaming headset. Good buy!
