Good for the price
Once set up you can get some great full sounds. There are 3 standard presets all with varying sound quality levels. It would've been nice to have been able to control the subwoofer separately but for the price it's fine. Good sturdy remote control with easy to use buttons. I recommend you download the pdf manual from the internet as this gives you additional information such as how to pair manually. Pairing with the subwoofer proved to be tricky, manual pairing is easy once you know how.

FREE - BUT STILL NOT WORTH IT!
I got this sound bar with a new Philips TV as part of a deal... I’d have returned it if it wasn’t included. The remote is ridiculous, feels cheap & nasty and it’s as responsive as a dead dog. You’ll be continuously pressing the volume buttons and if you’re lucky 1/10 presses will engage. It’s loud but nothing crazy and you can’t control it with other remotes. I’d highly recommend buying anything else, as much as I want to use it I prefer to just use the TV speakers.

Value for money
This is a med. range product, with great and clear sound, even the bass is small it still give a kick. Slik black design and nice finishing lines. Bad side: there is no display on bar, remote looks outdated and you need to constantly press button to get volume up or down. Wall mount is present in form of screwing bolt in a wall and hang on it. Connectors are limited to line in,bt., and optical there is no other. Overall you get what you pay in this case they went for sound quality.

Good looking budget soundbar
It really looks great in all black, with discrete logos. It is quite long, so ideally you'll want to have a 42'' or more of a display to make your setup look proportionate. Quite decent for the price, and performs well, giving you an almost cinematic experience, thanks to the meaty sub that comes along. Remote is basic and needs to be pointed directly at it. If you pause a movie for a kettle break, it will switch off and when turned on the sub will not kick in.

Bluetooth disconnection
I liked the look of the Sound Bar when I unpacked it and was hopeful the sound would equal the look. However, the issues I had was that the subwoofer kept disconnecting and reconnecting at random times, which made it unusable. The subwoofer was only 5 foot away from the sound bar. When it did work, I found the sound to be below average, over-bright and shrill. Returned due to fault, but did not exchange for another due to poor sound.

The quality of the sound is amazing!
I bought this Philips soundbar to connect to my new 65" Philips Ambilight TV and it is amazing. I love the quality of the sound. Set up couldn't be easier - line-in to the TV and bluetooth to my Apple devices. It's more than loud enough! I'm very pleased with my purchase. Great value for money, in my opinion:)

Sleek design
The sound bar is sleek and looks good quality, but the biggest letdown is the cheap plastic & pretty useless remote control. Frustratingly the sound is so much better & louder playing music from my phone when connected to Bluetooth than it is when listening to the TV! The remote lets it down

Does the job
I bought this when I bought my new TV it doesn’t go as loud as what I thought it would but the quality of the sound is good. The subwoofer helps with the bass and it looks lovely. It comes with fittings to attach it to the wall and the so it looks nice and tidy under my TV

Not good at all
I read reviews here on Argos and bought this My tv is Philips brand as well. But really disappointed. You will hardly feel any difference. MY be it’s little loud but sound quality rubbish. No clear institutions how to connect it specially the Bluetooth base.

Sounds great. Powerful and rich audio.
Bought this to compliment my Philips 4k TV. Sound is great with a warm rich bass. Powerful sound and wireless bass booster works great. Easy to set up and audio quality is a thousand times better than internal TV speakers. And gaming sounds amazing too. Happy

Does the job
It's a nice little sound bar, I would say it definitely improves the sound a fair bit! (Although I can't complain when I got it fir free as part of a deal) it looks good/fairly slimline but it is rather slow to turn on and does turn itself off sometimes.

Soundbar ampules the room!
The soundbar makes the TV's sound quality better beyond belief. Just a bit of a nag that you do not get the cables to set it up with (our TV does not have BlueTooth connectivity but the soundbar could be set up that way if we had a better telly)

Great and design and easy to set up.
Brilliant product. Very stylish and would fit perfect in any room. Sound quality is good and can be connected to a wide variety of products. Would recommend anyone to pay this product if thier looking to update the sound quality in a any room.

Our soundbar
Great quality soundbar at a very reasonable price. The only thing to mention, it is easier to set up the sound using the buttons on the side rather then the remote. Other than that surprising sound quality for a mid budget soundbar

You really get what you pay for.
You really get what you pay for. The documentation is scant, the remote control a bit shonky, more importantly, the sound is not great. Personally speaking, I'm saving some beans and buying a better one ASAP.

Easy to set up but remember the lead!
Great sound quality and super easy to set up... if you have a suitable connection lead, if not it’s a trip back to Argos to get one. Love the Bluetooth connectivity from phones to the soundbar.

Weak
Poor sound Weak sound output. If I had paid for it (came free with t.v.) I guarantee it would have been returned. Not impressed in the slightest. Defo not worth the advertised price.

Does what it says on the tin mostly. Lipsync is a problem. Connects to TV remote automatically, but cannot pair with the sky remote
