The best a low range headset can get
When I first put these on my left ear would start to hurt after a few minutes but after a couple days of wearing these in, I could easily wear these for hours without discomfort. The app isn’t the best but it gives you a little extra customisation. But all in all if you have a PS4 and don’t wanna cough up £100 I’d say you couldn’t do better.

Connectivity
Looked and felt amazing when first put on but soon realised that this headset suffers from a very bad connection issue and kept cutting out. My previous Sony headset was more reliable. Ended up returning and buying the astro a50 for ps4 instead

INCREDIBLE SOUND
The Platinum headset is far superior to the Gold version. I'm playing Hunt Showdown right now, and sound is a very important part of the game. This headset made a massive difference. It had 3d audio wick makes pinpointing footsteps and gunfire incredibly easy... would recommend to ALL serious gamers

Great headset, easy to connect, comfy over the ear headphones, buttons aren’t overly ergonomic but after a few gaming sessions you soon remember where every button is

These are really nice and comfortable when worn
They are really comfortable with great sound and deep bass. Buttons need labelling as this is not very visible writing black on a black product is not ideal. But this could be addressed simply by using white ink. I would recommend them but remember to charge them as nothing more annoying than having to go back to a wired connection

Expensive but worth the extra £
Bought a set of generic wireless headphones for my son to game with but had problems connecting to his console and poor sound quality. We took a leap and opted for headphones designed specifically for his console and we were not disappointed. Easy to set up, fantastic sound quality and good battery life. The set also comes with a cable so he can also connect to his tablet so great all around.

A solid mid-range headset
A great headset but not perfect. The Bluetooth connection has a habit of dropping out for a second or 2 every now and then meaning you can miss important audio cues if playing competitive games. The headset is very comfortable, though it can start to pinch against your ears after a couple of hours. Battery life is 5 - 6 hours from my experience, but you can plug it straight into the Dualshock 4. Sound quality is very, very good. Build quality of the New Gold also feels extremely solid.

Disappointed. Poor design.
Microphone barely pics up my voice at its loudest, and I don't hear what I am saying through the headset like I should. The buttons are in ackward positions, and the headset fits very uncomfortable. Actually painful to wear.

Headset
Great headset, my son had gone through quite a few and they have always stopped working due to wiring or charger port issues etc but this one Is great, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
