Just what i was looking for
I don't have much camera experience, I was looking for a camera that i wouldn't need a degree in to use. This camera was suggested to me and has completely lived up to my expectations. I have been known to not hold a camera still enough and take my time when taking pictures. This camera seems to help me and make up for my inadequacy. The camera has two auto functions, auto and auto plus, the auto plus function is incredible, i use this function for every photo. 5 stars in everything

Ideal travel compact camera!
I have been a keen photographer for many years and although I have scaled down to mirror less system cameras, I wanted to get a good quality compact camera for a forthcoming trip to Florida. Although I will use both systems, I know that I will get more good shots if I have a camera in my pocket and ready to use quickly. The Sony RX100 has a one inch 20mb sensor and can shoot in RAW and JPEG, so is capable of taking photos ideal to share on social media, or enlargements to hang on a wall.

This is an amazing device
I am using DSLR for quite a few years and, was looking for a lightweight point and shoot for those days when I like to travel light. Done a good research and found a lot of recommendation for RX series. Checked the image quality on flickers and found them amazing, almost as comparable to SLR. Purchased it and I am really happy with the cam. Amaxing photo and video quality. Lots of predefined settings for beginners. Very easy to use, and fits into your pocket. But it is pricey..

stunning camera!
being new to photography i wanted a camera capable of taking a quality photo without the fuss of masterminding a technical piece of kit. after hours of research, i continually found myself returning to the rx100 and took the plunge. to say that i am delighted is an understatement. i hike a lot and was never a fan of carrying an additional camera, especially when the iphone did the job. i was so wrong. this is definitely my camera of choice now. outstanding!!!

Great little camera.
I wanted a top quality compact camera as a back up for my DSLR camera when wanting to travel light.Having done my research,the Sony RX 100,came out a clear winner on various camera reviews.The pictures I have so far taken have been excellent,operating is pretty straight forward with the controls giving you a great option of different picture variations you can take.I took advantage of purchasing the camera at the great Argos price.

Powerful camera in such a small body
This camera is worth considering for its image quality, having features like RAW Support, but in the price range it struggles against other competitors with a lack of an articulated screen, WiFi and NFC, which make things like vlogging way easier. Zoom length could be a tad longer on both ends to be really useful, but this camera has great potential, and can Produce wonderful films and videos in the right hands

Good pocket sized camera
Fairly easy to use compact camera . Good zoom and focusing abilities . Missing wifi and a viewfinder like the later models but for the price of the camera , that is understandable. I paired it with an iPhone sd card reader to transfer pictures on the go which works fine

Lovely camera
For those with dslrs this is the perfect backup or small camera you can always have on you for those family moments or opportunistic shots, I highly recommend this camera, I have taken a good few photos so far and each one has surprised me quality wise

Good value-for-money, excellent image quality
After playing with it for a few weeks I'm still very happy with this camera. Good value, not too complicated but still plenty of options and settings to play with, light and small yet excellent image quality.

Small compact but with big camera features

Best Compact You Can Buy
I knew this camera was good with its 1" sensor and I thought it was a bargain at £250. One of the best compact cameras out there.
