Fantastic looking product, the sound from this is a dramatic improvement over the new led flat screen. Easy to pair up with tv, and with the rest of Sonos in the house except for using the two play 1’s as rear speakers this took ages as it would pair with them. Took 5-10 mins to unbox and work with tv, took another hour to get the two play 2’s as rear speakers. However once paired the sound is amazing...

Easy to set up and add to existing system (if you have one). Download the Sonos app and it practically walks you through it! Easy Peasy. I bought it for NY Party. You can link with existing systems. Great price for the Beam.

Great sound .
Brought this in the sale, wanted to have a fuller sound without having to have a base box. Is great for our room use it for TV and music, the app is easy to use and allows multiple music accounts within the app. Couldn’t be appier!

Amazing sound quality.

Love it
Great bit of kit. First sound car I've ever bought. Doe some homework, read lots of reviews and well happy with the purchase. Looks great, very easy to set up, sounds great. I listen to alot of music and love how this sounds. We watch films too and very impressed with its performance. I can understand some people's comments on its performance in large rooms but it's not designed for huge rooms. Can't recommend the sonos beam enough. The app is easy to use. Looking forward to adding more speakers

Good value soundbar.
Relatively easy set up following instructions on phone app. Good value for money soundbar. Can be linked to tv remote or phone to turn up or down.

Good sound for small room
Setup was a bit of a pain, the sonos app on my iPhone could not find the beam. After about half hour of trying I used my tablet instead and the Sonos app found the beam. Setup was simple after that. The sound is good for a small to medium sized room and the base is not bad either. If you want thumping base then I would add the Sonos sub but then it becomes more pricey.

Nice looking and great sound for price
A great option to buy a Sonos product for sensible money and a nice size opposed to the much larger play bar. Fits nicely in front of tv without looking too big and chunky and transforms watching movies. Top end sound isn’t that loud but fine for everyday use. Also a great speaker to just link your phone up to for playing music. Nice design, easy to use and great quality.

There is no other sound
Sonos is the best surround system for your your tv I have a play bar downstairs a beam upstairs and all I can say is brilliant have also got 2 play ones two play threes excellent

Sleek and stylish
Sound can be heard exactly the same no matter where you are in the room. Sounds great ,base can be turned up/down from your mobile . Alexia is a great feature.

Great quality sound for the money
Great sound bar. Even better if I had more of the speakers for surround sound. Will be saving up for them. It’s good how you can get one piece at a time. I have the sound bar and one speaker in another room at the moment. It’s a great affordable way of networking your house with speakers and connecting them all up. Works great The sound bar works great with my LG TV which is about 5 years old now and I can use the TV remote with it just fine.

Fantastic sound quality.
Whether your watching tv or just streaming music the sound quality is spot on for me, enough base for music and not to much for movies, a great range of sounds without losing the quality when you crank it up. Yes you can add a couple of play ones to get an immersive surround sound but in my opinion if you don’t live in a mansion style house, you don’t need it, this soundbar is awesome.

Sounds great, easy to set up
It sounds great and can fill the room with music. The set up was easy and straightforward. The app even helps you optimise the sound. Make sure you go through your tv settings to make sure it’s outputting Dolby sound so you get the best from it.

It’s great but don’t try this as a cheap playbar
Added to a larger Sonos setup. In the kitchen & wall mounted. Sonos own mount isn’t cheap but alternatives are out there. Sound is great for a smaller room where the Playbar would be too large/loud/look out of place and is what you’d expect from Sonos & the price. Basic set up is child’s play. You should be up and running in minutes even if this is your 1st Sonos. This is our first Alexa product so do your research on the relevant apps and connectivity with any other smart devices you’ve got.

Sono’s Beam
Really pleased with this item it totally transforms my drab audio quality on my TV. I have further Sono’s Ones connected also the sound quality is amazing - it actually sounds better than being at the cinema. Yes they are expensive but in my opinion are worth it. I found it very easy to set up - hook up the wires follow the easy instructions and away you go!

Good but read this if you want surround sound
Expensive but in the Black Friday sales it had a good discount Sound quality is good, build quality is good I linked it to my two play 3’s so I had left and right surround sound, it sounded good for tv setup but no good for music which lost its distinct stereo sound and was muddied by the centre beam speaker the play 3’s are better as a stand-alone stereo pair for music, but there is no touch of a button way to unlink them and the only real solution is to buy two play 1’s purely for surround

Great Sound as expected
This is my 4th Sonos product and WOW! It packs a mighty punch for a relatively small form factor. It brings much needed depth that I couldn't achieve from built-in speakers on my flat screen tv. Connection is relative easy, either digital optical out from the tv or HDMI ARC is even easier. Once connected to the WiFi through the Sonos App, you can add additional Sonos speakers to create surround sound wirelessly. If you like your music loud & punchy, the Sonos Beam is an ideal addition

Ok for its size
If you have a poor sounding TV then this will be a decent upgrade. For me though it is not much better than my TV speakers. Sounds better when playing music through it via Spotify. Alexa works well with it and setup was simple. If you want a TV speaker that will fill a bigger living room then spend more and go for a bigger speaker. Good for its size but not 5 stars like a lot of the expert reviewers have given.
