Bought this television at a very good price which I'm happy about. Unfortunately there is no Google Play so cannot add Itv Hub, Amazon prime video and others along this line. If these are important to you then I would say don't buy this TV, but if you just want a decent TV at a good price then this is the TV for you . The picture quality is very good. Overall I'm happy with my purchase its just the no Google Play which has made me wish I had done a little more research on this TV before buying.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BBC MY5 ALL4 ETC
OK TV but it's nit compatible with the catch up channels and you cannot get BBC I player...my5.....all4....etc etc. Apparently its a common misconception that all smart tvs play these channels but it is not the case. It also kept freezing on the picture and the sound. We took it back after 2 days and swapped for a better model that is compatible with all channels.

My tv is rubbish
The tv I bought wasn’t very good not enough information on it saying it’s a smart tv but you only get certain apps. If I could I would take it back but can’t as I havnt got the box. After a couple of days I realised I didn’t want this tv but now I’m stuck with it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great TV.
This is a great TV for the bargain price, a few personal niggles, volume not the same on different channels, all the leads feed out of same side exept power lead which exits the opposite side and needs a longer cable that has to be bent back on its self to bring it out with the rest of the leads.

My tv
The tv was unpacked and wasn't working as the screen had a big vertical black line across it and colours flashing horizontally. I returned the tv to the store and spent slightly moe to upgrade and replace it. The staff were absolutely brilliant and helpful and helped us with no problems

I am very happy with this purchase
I was impressed by how easy it was set up this TV. It's a good size for the room it's in and I like the two feet stand option. The picture and sound quality are simply fantastic and the navigation is very clear. It's also helpful to have Netflix and Prime buttons on the remote too.

tv is massive had to get a new tv unit, but that's
it dose crash every now and then but then again what technology don't, apart that it's perfect and all I do it turn the tv on and off and it's fine again, our tv is on for hours so could be that is has over heated, not sure either way I love it

Great stylish TV
Great TV and picture easy to setup and easy to connect to the internet shame about the staff at the store for not offering to help me to the car with it and I had three young children with me

Brilliant vakue
For the same price, you can get a much smaller TV, that does just as much as this one. The picture quality is impeccable, the sound is loud and crisp, and the 4K makes it worth every penny.

Excellent all round, very easy to set up no problems at all.Wish I had more time to view as I love it.Sound,picture etc all good. The TV is wall mountable too which is good for a huge tv.

Good quality and value for money
Good value for money the picture quality is good as is the sound, however when streaming from my phone it's not as fast as my Panasonic viera. Still worth the money as a 2nd tv.

I did refund. Horrible colors . Annoing the eyes.
55 inch size is perfect but realy affect all the colors. The smoller you get the better quality in sharp tv. I wont recomend.
