Perfectly fine, but the color!
I bought these to replace the crumbling pads on my Grado SR-80's. I didn't mod them, just slipped them over the drivers. They're pretty comfy, except when I look at the color... Oh my!

Super comfy on Grados
There's not too much to say here that hasn't been said already, although I'm using them on the iGrado, which many people may not have tried. If you do the reverse quarter mod on them and put them on the iGrado, they fit very nicely and they really open up the sound on the iGrado versus the stock foam pads. Having tried these pads now for the first time, I can see why so many people prefer them over the stock comfy pads that Grado puts on their lower-model headphones.

Work fine for Grado SR80
As others have mentioned, these work fine for earphones other than Sennheiser. I left mine as full cushions.

Great Pads with lots of uses
I used quarter modded these pads to fit on my Grado SR-80i's. The pads sound great and are much more comfy than the stock pads that came with it, not to mention the mod is simple and takes only half an hour of effort or so.

Great replacement pads for Grados
Bought these to replace the pads on my workhorse Grado SR80s. These were very inexpensive next to the official Grado replacements (1/6th the cost!). I use these in the reverse quarter mod set up, basically you cut a quarter sized hole in the middle of the pad and stretch them over the phone. They will be on in the reversed direction compared to putting them on the Sennheisers like they are intended. They work great and are more comfortable than the original pads to boot! The only possible drawback is the yellow color. I kinda like it though. It makes them easy to spot in a darkened studio!

Great for some newer headphones too.
I purchased these to replace the pads on my Sennheiser PX-100 headphones. These are much bigger and more comfortable to use. They don't affect the sound quality at all but allow me to use the headphones for hours without sore ears.

Awesome Ear Cushions

Works with Grados
Although not designed to use with Grado headphones, they will work; you just need to use a little finesse to get them on. Because the center is not cut-out, they are more comfortable, but the trade-off is that they make my ears warmer than my stock Grado foams did. I don't mind the yellow, but they really clash with the Grado black. It's up to you whether genuine Grado foams are worth the premium.

Just Like the Originals
This is the 4th set of ear cushions I've gotten for my Sennheiser HD414 headphones since I bought them in the 1970s. It's refreshing to see them still available and at such a reasonable price.

These don't exactly fit my HD414-SL set
My old cushions wore out. I thought I would be unable to find replacements because it's been about 10 years since I replaced the last set. HD414 Ear Cushions for Grado SR60
Purchased these ear cushions to replace the cushions on my Grado SR60 headphones. I like the denser material of these. They also create a space between headphone and ear which I believe improves the sound quality.

HD-414 replacement earpads
Look and feel great. These will hold up better if you wash them in warm water and mild dish-soap from time to time and after lengthy sessions. oil and sweat is what makes them deteriorate. Would be nice if Sennheiser would offer the Blue versions of these pads as well as black. Would also be nice is Seenheiser offered replacement head cusion and elements as well. If they're not gonna make these cans anymore at least they could make more replacement parts available. But it is nice that we can still get these pads.

Grado headphone mod
I bought these for my Grado SR60's. I honestly did not hear any difference in sound (even with the quarter hole mod). They are at least as comfortable as the stock Grado flats, and give you the option to use the thicker or thinner side with by cutting a hole in the middle. Bottom line is that for the price, this is an excellent product. I think I'd still buy them if they were twice the price.
