Incredible camera. Small problem w/ Rode Mic
I wont write a lot about this camera, its amazing and there is a lot of tutorials and stuff online so its not really necesary to speak a lot. One thing: if you get the Metabones adapter, I would really recommend to buy another one without any lens, like the GOBE adapter. That way you can have 2 differents options for the lens to behave by just changing the adaptor.

Incredible camera for incredible price
I have been waiting for Canon to release a camera with these capabilities, and nothing ever came about so when I saw this camera I knew it was time to switch. There is so many pros about this camera one being a 4k camera for $*... Incredible. My only problem is the lack of a speedbooster with electronic control, which I am waiting patiently for metabones to release.

Great camera - reasonable files sizes
The GH4 is definitely a step in the right direction. The quality of 4K and slow-motion footage is outstanding - while keeping file sizes reasonable. The addition of built-in time-lapse and high-bitrate variable framerate is a big plus. The ability to use a wide variety of lenses makes it a very flexible platform and the wireless features make remote control a snap.

better than a gh-5 in my view
this is my third gh-4, I use all three for multi-cam interviews. I used to use a gh-5 but it was too confusing and the 6k was not great for my needs. So now I shoot 1080p get great uniform results across the cameras and can pinpoint my spending to invest in lenses and other peripherals. Great value on a camera body that offers access to the Lumix and Leica lenses

Love it!
I'm a professional videographer. I got the GH4 for 4k. Last year I bought the GH3 for wedding videos so I could use my Lumix lenses. I was not looking forward to upgrading so soom from the GH3 to the GH4, but the few enhancements made me very happy. Most importantly the Zebra. I haven't used the 4k yet, but will say this is a very good camera for videographers.

Outstanding camera for video
I purchased this camera primarily for video. I feel it is still one of the best cameras in this price range for 4K video despite it being on the market for over a year and a half. There is nothing with this camera that disappoints. What vlog now available, new options are here that make this camera the perfect choice for video, even at a professional level.

Awesome camera
I use this camera specfically for video and find it to be quite an amazing camera. Actually, the most amazing camera I own. The plus side is that it does timelapse in-camera and creates the video in minutes (it also stores the raw files in case you want to go back and edit them and make your own timelapse). The battery life is unbelievably good.

Not Exactly Flawless
If you're in the market for 4K less the cost of a 5DMKIII, this is the camera for you. Yes the sensor size means you have to deal with crop factor, but some savvy shopping can net you the same quality lens at fraction the price. I am using the Rokinon Cinema line with a metabones speed booster, and I don't feel like I'm missing anything here.

A videographer's best friend!
Such a great little camera for the price. It literally is the perfect camera for videographer's with it's mass amount of customizations and convenient button layouts. The only con for me was it's poor low light performance. But other than that, this is the camera to get! I've owned this camera a little over 6 months and I'm in love with it!

Solid
I use this camera primarily on my Octocopter. The images that come out of this camera is so sharp and rich. The 4k is a great feature and I find that the usefulness of 4k is for re comping and scaling in post(down to 1080) which is a great thing to have. The built in audio levels are nice as are the focus assist and zebras. Great camera.

Great Upgrade
I use the product everyday for professional video production. It was a great upgrade (and long awaited) from a DSLR - Rebel. The video quality is great and I was pleasantly surprised by the audio quality. Our mic's malfunctioned and we had to go with the audio caught by the included shotgun mic. I was very pleased with the quality

LUMIX not a LUMIX
After carefully reading about micro four thirds cameras my choice was the Lumix GH4 for its myriad of features, 4K cinema video capabilities, and a camera that helps guide you through the complexities of filming. It is primarily a film camera and it accomplishes that task beautifully. This is a camera you use and love to have.

4K for $1,700-- great buy, great camera
I use this camera for video events, it is a upgrade from my GH3, the GH3 was a upgrade from my GH2 which I sold to use money toward the GH4. The Gh4 does everything better then the GH3 and the GH3 is also a great camera but Gh4 beats it and is future proof with 4K. You can film in 4K and get 8meg stills from frame grabs.

Solid Construction, Fantastic All Around
I love using this camera while traveling. The photos are fantastic, and its size is small enough that it does not attract much attention filming video as other video cameras would. The 4k is unreal. The only negative thing about it was that I had to wait 3 months because it quickly sold out upon the initial release.!

Finally got my dream camera
I've been wanting this camera for months after hearing about it from several people I follow online, from friends of mine that have the camera, and after reading other reviews. It's exactly what I needed and the price is right. The one downside is the poor low light performance, but I knew that going into buying it.

me like
this is my first non-camcorder camera and i'm having fun with it - legacy lenses / compact design / super excellent resolution (have barely begun to explore all the features) / user friendly controls and menus (compared to previous canon iterations) my first order from @ had buggy audio but this camera is clean -

GH4
For the price point this camera is outstanding! Originally I planned to use it as a second camera to my 5D3 for interviews and events but the more I play with it the more I feel my 5D3 is the 2nd camera. I shoot video professionally and shoot photos as a hobby. (for photography 5D3 is a far superior camera) ...

My favorite Cam
I have been with Panasonic since the GH2 and this is the best yet. Timelapse, SloMo, 4K, 16mp stills all from the same device! Sure the shadows are a bit noisy and in the stills mode maybe a tad more resolution would be nice, but overall it is truly a hybrid camera. I get great results in both stills and video.

Unbelievable
The best camera I ever owned. Simple to adapt to and use. Everything at your fingertips where you expect it to be. I shoot mostly documentary film and stills. The quality is unbelievable. I love using the manual settings for custom exposures and the auto focus (when I need it) is awesomely accurate and fast.

Simply Awesome Camera
I purchase this camera as I sold my C100. The C100 is better in low light however the feature set of the GH4 way surpass anything cannon offers in this price range. Full 4K, Slo-mo and with Metabones Speedbooster and Sigma 18-35 it's a beast of a camera. All that is required not is the an ND filter.

Underrated for Photos!
I got this for videos, I fell in love with the Stills. SHARP WELL RENDERED IMAGES. Does great at ISO320 and pushed to ISO800. Put a light in your shot if you need to go further. Love this camera. Neck and neck with the 5D mark 4 for a fraction of the price. Plus Great lenses for the M4/3 system

Really Nice
had the GH3 before and the GH4 ads some nice improvements. I don't shoot video much and upgraded because of focus peaking, better autofocus and the better viewfinder/lcd. The GH3 was already a superb camera and this now is even better. In my view one of the best handling cameras on the planet.

Perfection
I love this camera. I've been watching Panasonic for years through the GH2 and 3. The GH4 is fun to use, and incredibly user friendly. Caleb has a great 4 hour tutorial that I highly recommend. A friend showed me his new Sony and I so prefer the image of the GH4 to it. Panasonic comes through.

Great Cam
It's the best video cam right now for this price (imo). 4K looks stunning, and down res'ing to 1080 is sharp. 96fps is really nice too. Shoot in the daylight and it looks rad.. Low light is still not great on this chip, but for bright shots this camera is a little ripper. Follow the light.
