Great sound bar
This is a great sound bar I have mine connected to a Panasonic tv it sounds great a much deeper sound than the tv speakers.It looks good and doesn't take to much space.

Sound bar
Really good improves my TV sound no end. Also love the connectivity by bluetooth. I got rid of the CD player years ago and only ever stream from spotify so this is great. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars overall is that it wouldn't connect to all of my devices with bluetooth (my phone LG G4) - I tried that one first so its not as if I've hit a limit. Anyway dont hesitate to get one of these really good.

Ticks all the boxes for me
Easy to set up. My digital cable goes to the tv and the audio cables connect to the PS4. So now everything is set up ready without the need to switch cables. Bluetooth functionality is good and the sound quality is great for my use given that it's mainly for tv, movies and gaming - much better than the fuzzy noise from our rubbish old flat screen tv. You do need to buy the cables seperately. We didn't use the mounting option and it looks pretty swish on our unit.

Vastly improved sound
I have a Panasonic flat screen TV and the sound quality was poor compared to my old Samsung flat screen. Some-one explained to me that TV speaker technology isn't keeping pace with TV technology overall and suggested a soundbar. I bought the Panasonic HTB8 at Argos and the difference in sound is astonishing. My TV isn't Bluetooth but a cable just costs £7. Overall, I'm delighted with my purchase and have no regrets and would definitely recommend. Johnny A

Good design but.....
This unit was very easy to set up and has a reasonable amount of volume, but the sound is so tinny and has next to no bass at all. I did not purchase this expecting a cinema surround quality unit, I simply wanted to improve the quality of sound from a new TV. I have been a fan of Panasonic products for many years and have had some cracking products manufactured by them in the past, but I feel that this product is not up to their usual standard.

Great product but would have been happier if description had made it clear that an additional connection cable is necessary and not supplied with soundbar necessitating a return visit to Argos.

Worth the money, but don't expect magic
Easy set up, works well. Sound quality good, but I think the TV i bought probably doesn't need this. Bluetooth is good to stream music from my phone.

Not great - Better out there for the money
I felt the range of sound was poor. I played music via Bluetooth and aux, however neither delivered anything decent. The Bluetooth connection was poor. The music would drop out every few seconds for half a second so you'd end up listening as if someone is randomly hitting pause/play really quickly every few seconds. tried it with 3 Bluetooth devices to rule out my phone having the issue. Only buy if you want something easy to use and you're not too bothered about sound quality or over paying

Wonderful sound quality.
I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. I had been having awful sound problems with BBC programmes, but since I bought this the sound quality is vastly improved. I can thoroughly recommend this soundbar. It blends in perfectly in front of our black Panasonic TV.

Fantastic sound
The TV in our caravan has a built - in DVD player,when using it we have the to turn the sound up so high it gets distorted,this sound bar is fantastic crisp clear sound and good base notes,simple to setup,was going to get a new tv but no need now,Best Buy this year.

Unsatisfactory purchase
I can't give the soundbar a review: it had already been used and not all the bits were in the box. There were scratches where it had been wall-mounted. We couldn't get it to work and had to return it. Don't know if we will order another

Does what it says.
Have to say, this wasn't my first choice of soundbar, it was pretty much hobson's choice. It seems that a lot of soundbar/Television combos won't work properly. The first two had issues with sound when playing any recorded footage (new film released, last night's Eastenders etc) & you, basically, have to buy a soundbar from the same maker as your telly. Although I guess this is very much down to whoever makes your telly? Anyway, Panasonic telly + Panasonic soundbar & all's well.

Good value for money item
Very easy to set up - took 2 minutes. Sound quality is good - certainly improved viewing experience of my 4K Samsung Smart TV. Only negative point is that the sound is sometimes out of synch with picture but this may be the skybox

Had difficulty setting up now connected via headphone socket which isn't ideal. The problem is that there is no lead supplied to connect the Tv to the bar OK but the operating instruction doesn't indicate which lead is required which is very frustrating.

cheap and cheerful
excellent cheap sound bar, which I bought just for my back room tv and blu ray player. it was very easy to set up, without the need of instructions, and looks a nice unit. the sound is fine for an 80w system, although lacking the depth of a more expensive unit.

I was very dubious about how good the sound would be compared to a surround set, however I was pleasantly surprised at how good it delivers room filling sound.This item has great quality sound. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product
This was really easy to set up and the sound quality is great. Only niggle for me is when adjusting the volume there is no indicator to show the actual volume level, the sound bar has two flashing lights to indicate it's doing something; I'd prefer to see something more indicative. Not sure how they'd do that though! Other than that I highly recommend it!
