OK, did the job
Budget speakers, but ok for the money. Don't expect HiFi quality. Don't have your PC output on full as this will overdrive the amplifier input and you'll have distortion at all volume settings on the speakers.

Nice and loud!
Absolutely brilliant speakers especially for the price, managed to make them even louder and bassier by downloading Boom for my Macbook (equalizer app). These are by far the best speakers i've bought, the only downside is the length of cable between each speaker, personally i'd prefer it to be a bit longer but that's my only nag. My dad even bought a set after he heard mine and he loves them too. Long story short: if you're looking for small, loud speakers with plenty of bass, get these!!

Great speakers for the price
These speakers are easy to set up and use, very affordable, solid in build quality, nice to look at, and sound great. They go up to quite a high volume without any sort of crackling and have a nice tone. Suitable for watching movies, gaming, etc. No downsides.

Good sound and great match for my Mac Mini
I was looking for new desktop speakers for my Mac Mini having got fed up with the poor sound of my previous speakers and came across these in web reviews. I checked the Argos website to ensure they were in stock and then popped in to the Victoria branch on my way home to buy them. For £12 I am very impressed - good build quality, decent sound (best with vocals and acoustic music) and in silver, black and white a brilliant colour match for my Mac Mini.

Good Product
Small and neat - just what I needed to improve and boost sound from laptop and PC. Only minor gripe is that I would have liked the wires to have been a little longer especially between the speakers so I could spread them apart more on the desk.

Poor Sound
Not sure if I just have a faulty set but the left speaker has a constant buzzing like feedback but is no where near another speaker. This makes the sound very poor. Would not recommend

great little speakers. i use them in the kitchen when im watching something on my laptop. would have prefered them in black but that doesn't affect the sound quality

Good quality branded product.
These speakers can be used for most PC's to give reasonable sound quality for a very fair price. Cheaper than Maplin for the same product. They are also compatible with the Raspberry Pi computer.

Great for separating voices
I am a member of an a cappella chorus where we listen to CD tracks put together so that one of the voices is predominant, in my case baritone. This means that one of the voices comes through one speaker and the other three (tenor, lead and bass) come through the other. I usually listen through headphones but using these speakers enables a group of us to benefit.

Worth the money
Needed to replace my old speakers for my pc, these were the cheap option but i was very impressed on how good the sound quality was. They were easy to plug in (usb) and have a long wire (my old ones had a very short one) so i can move them all over my desktop and they dont require any power plug like my last ones.
