A good TV for a good price
Picture and sound are very good and the TV is a good size - large enough to see the screen clearly but not too massive to fit in the living room. Fairly straightforward to set up. Many features we probably haven't discovered yet, I wish it came with written instructions because we're only learning about features by chance.

beautiful tele
Having had the previous model in HD it was easy for my husband to set up.He like me is an OAP but he soon had it up and running .The colours on this set are truly amazing especially the Attenborough programs.The sound quality too is very good unlike some models which have tini sound.And oh i almost forgot it looks great as well.

I'm still finding extra useful functions.
This television has a good picture. Hook it up to the internet for the extra functions. Connect a hard drive and you can record. You can wirelessly connect your laptop to view it on the television.

Great purchase
Looked at similar products and bought this as a result. Very pleased with the tv...the biggest faff was the fact our previous tv was not a smart tv so once that was got through it was all ok

Disappointing purchase
Forever disconnecting from network. Constantly having to put passwords in and accept T&Cs. Keyboard rubbish - forever having to switch between upper and lower case

Great tv, still lots to develop in the AI sector
Pro's: - great value for quality -nice use of materials - crisp and also loud enough Con's: - AI is very weak - lg OS not very flexible - my tablet ( Huawei ) can t be connected through image share at all to the tv.

Ease of use with streaming services
Very pleased with this TV. Excellent picture quality. Pretty much all streaming services provided in app form. The sound is very good so no sound bar required if you have a relatively small room. Very easy to use and less wires! Not so taken with the free view recording as there is only one tuner so you can only record the channel you are watching. Easy to use and control

Easy installation
My daughter did the installation, only cause I was busy elsewhere, she found it very easy to follow the instructions. Good picture and sound. Have also setup Netflix and YouTube, very happy.

Very Happy
The TV is excellent, it’s thin and the screen nearly touches the edges ! It’s got great colour and the 4K looks crisp! One thing I like about the connectivity from LG - you get all the apps through the App Store including Now Tv and Spotify which brands I’ve had in the past sometimes don’t have available ! Great Buy

Picture quality is great!
Very happy with picture quality, can’t comment on sound as it’s attactched to my Sonos speakers. Bought as a quick replacement for my last tv which had the screen smashed by my 4 year old playing catch with a Lego box! So ordered it and was delivered the same day. Only negative is that it sticks out too far from the wall next to my last one, but that’s my fault for not checking measurements.
