Great but no replacement service
Great earbuds, very sturdy and stylish, easy to use, slight lag when sometimes watching a video. Disappointed with replacement service (lost one earbud), apparently they don't have a service department that deals with lost earbuds unlike more popular brands. Was told to buy a brand new set, no way am I paying the full price for one missing earpiece.

Excellent True Wireless Headphones
Whilst I have only used these a few times so far, I am pleased with them. They set comfortably in my ear and have not fallen out during exercise including burpees and kettlebell swings. Sound quality is good. Overall I am pleased with them so far however I have not tested over any length of time and cannot comment on durability/battery life.

A pair of headphones that fit.
Great pair of headphones that actually fit my ears.....I've always struggled getting wireless headphones that don't want to pop out of my ears when in the gym....these don't and I've tried 8 different pairs. Lots of size options and love the charging box. The sound quality doesn't seem to be amazing but that might just be an option on my phone.

Its alright.
Fits very snug. The bluetooth is very hassle free, the battery life is monstrous. Does not stick out too much from the ear. Good quality and finish overall. However the sound quality could be better, lacks bass and the touch buttons are absolutely uncomfortable, its quite painful when you have to pause / skip / power on/off. Very stabby.

Love them but not for small ears
Sound quality is great, I love the charging case, battery is always charged and you cant lose them because the charger is the case, They pair easily and are comfortable to wear. Microphone is responsive. I wish they had bud sizes for smaller ears because even the smallest set is slightly too big for me (small woman). Its not a big deal,

BASS!!!
Very well made, and undoubtably a quality product (pairing was easy, charging case was nicely made, and they look pretty Gucci) but I found the bass to be overpowering. Great if you’re looking for this from your earbuds, and if you’re a fan of a certain brand owned by Dr. Dre you’ll probably love these, but not to my taste.

Good start but then problems
These sound good in the ear most of the time, depends on source. Control is confusing and have to press hard to pause, change track and turn off. In ear this causes discomfort. My pair have been problematic from new, one side charged intermittently for 1 month now not at all. Will now have to return for replacement.

My ear pods
I bought the jabra ear pods gave them back then I bought the sony ear pods gave them back and now I got the jbl brilliant sound batteries life is the best from all I can get 8/9 hours out it unlike the other 2 after every 2 hours charge them up I'm very with the jbl only 1 thing your ears start hurting other that 5 stars

Quick and easy to use
great wireless headphone that are easy to use. Different ear buds to customise for comfort which i fiund very helpful! Sometimes will connect to my phone without me realising and can be a problem as itll switch my phone from connected to my car to the headphones so be sure to turn off when you dont want them in use.

Left ear bud
Had the product for less than a month and already the left ear bud has gone... will switch on for about a minute but then will go off again, wont charge at all. Got no problem with the right ear bud (yet). It's quite disgusting considering how much these are and they become faulty with in the first month

Awful product. Save your money and get an alternat
Poor product. Small buds dont fit so tinny sounding. Changed to medium buds and too big for ear. Sounded like I was underwater. Tried to take back and of course as they've been in my ear Argos refused a refund. Just dont both with these and go for something like JLAB which is similar price but avoid JBL.

I love these JBL earbuds
I brought this for a very good price as it was on sale. This is my first ever pair of bluetooth earbuds and I'm loving them. Great sounds. You can change ambient sound level. Almost like sound canceling. No issues connecting with bluetooth devises. Battery life is good and comes with handy carry case.

Great jbl sound at a decent price.
Really like these. Fit well and are comfortable. Build quality is solid and they look and feel premium. Even the charge case is solid and feels like quality. Sound is great bass is strong but does not over power the mids and highs like others I have tried. Well done jbl I am a happy consumer...

Great headphones
Love these earphones, I’m a bit of an earphone snob, and got these for the gym, brilliant sound quality, very comfortable and don’t look too big in my ears. I have used them for an hour and a half every day for 2 weeks now and I still have not had to charge them, well worth the money

Good but!
The sound is very good, good bass, treble and mids. They had a very secure fit in my ears, they never came loose. I would recommend these Earbuds, but I had to return them, due to they weren’t charging in the charging case. They were out of stock at my local stores so I got refunded.

Overall good earphones
Sound quality and battery duration are very good, charging them and the case does not take long. I only wish there were more than 3 size options for the buds as the ones included aren't very comfortable, and also that the case were smaller, as it doesn't fit very well in my pockets.

Magnifique
Great sound and build quality. V5 bluetooth has a very long range. Volume can be controlled via the assistant. Long battery life. The sound really draws out the mids. Base is rich and treble is crisp but no overly. No discernable latency when watching videos. Slight lag on gaming.

Sound is Fantastic
Very pleased to see these earbuds available at Argos. Sound is fantastic and the fit is perfect. No sore ears from the buds, they sit perfectly within your ear. Sound is delivered very well. reduced down in price which was amazing as they cost alot more on other shopping websites.

Potential but not quite there
Great product as always from JBL. This is my personal review but they just didnt sit in my ears and were very uncomfortable despite trying all the different tips. Sound quality is great as long as you can get them to fit properly. Build quality is good, case is pretty solid.

Fantastic sounds, excellent quality.
My first truly wireless, but comparing to wired or part wired earphones these sound fantastic nice range with some good bass. Fit in ear well and are comfortable in the most part but I do start to feel them after a couple hours. Very very pleased and would certainly recommend.

Kicking sound quality
Superb sound. Be sure to use tight fitting tips. If they are too small, you won't get the bass benefits. I used a combination of medium tips with the small wings for a tight comfortable fit. I get a full week of listening with one case charge. Listening up to 7 hours a day.

Great sound quality
The earbuds have great sound quality for a very reasonable price (in the premium range). I have tried earbuds twice the price of these that sounds the same/worse. Fit is also good although wouldn't say they're the most comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

great sound quality
Love them, would definitely give them a go. The sound quality is really good, the charge lasts for ages and the box is nice and small so easy to fit in any pockets. The only disadvantage I would say is the instructions aren't the easiest to understand!

My headphones are incredible, sound is amazing
The headphones were quick and easy to collect, the sound and comfort of the headphones are impeccable, I would recommend these to anyone as they are easy to transport around and can last up to days before needing to re-charge... just simply amazing!
