Great but puzzling
This is really good value for money and fairly easy to set up. My only issue is, now that it's all connected (to a 55" Hitachi 4K UHD HDR SMART TV) is that I have to turn the sound bar on BEFORE I turn the TV (or other external device) on or it doesn't get recognised. A small inconvenience when the overall quality and effect is taken into consideration.

Massive improvement over tv sound
The sound isn't perfect, but it is really very good considering the price. Sub adds a whole new dimension to films, and my daughter loves the cinema feel it gives to the sound.

I got that super bass
I need that bass, and now thanks to this soundbar and sub woofer I got that bass way down low. Affordable, decent quality, looks nice and slick on the wall.

Excellent choice
This sound bar was a replacement for an earlier that proved to be faulty, if I had known how good this sound bar was it would have been my right choice. Quality of the item is good, it's slim and ergonomic and sit easily below my TV. Send quality is excellent and adds real punch to 4K films and TV productions. I would recommend this sound bar.

Excellent Quality/Price relation
Excellent Quality/Price relation , easy to install, but you need to by the digital cable if you prefer that option (the best). Good sound and bass... Big weak point - the command, very, very poor! North of China.... :)

Sound bar is an incredible standard of sound
Very easy to put together and fantastic quality of sound also the sub woofer is perfect for films its actually soundwise very similar to a cinema experience I would highly recommend this bargain!

Excellent
It's just what I wanted. Was in my budget for a slim wall mounting sound bar with bluetooth and a wireless sub. Just for playing music in the house. Sounds great without shaking the house with too much base.

Easy setup.
This sound bar is so easy to setup by plugging in the optical lead (not included) direct from the sound bar to the tv and plugging in the mains cable to the power socket. I'm using a 55 inch tv and the sound quality of the sound bar with sub woofer is excellent. For the price, there is nothing to complain about this sound bar, as it's excellent value for money.

Great sound at a great price
Excellent sound quality and the additional sub woofer adds a real deep base. Very quick and easy to set up. One downside is when I connect my phone to the sound bar via bluetooth, it's not a consistent clear sound but almost a jerky sound from time to time. Overall a great sound bar with excellent sound and clarity. Shame it doesn't have a display but no biggy.

Works well and sounds great
Great sounding unit bass box is brilliant. A bit hard to set up as even with a Hitachi TV the instructions are not great but a quick call to the help line had it sorted. You do need a HDMI cable link the sound bar to the tv which is not mentioned

Excellent value for money
Great product sounds fab links to Bluetooth so you can play music which sounds fantastic on criticism is light flashes all the time whilst operating was easily sorted with a little bit of paper but overall great

Amazing sound quality
Sound bar with wireless subwoofer is easy to set up. You will probably need to purchase an optical and HDMI lead as well, as they do not come with the package. I only had to connect all leads from tv to soundbar, press the optical button on the remote control and the soundbar was set up with the tv. Tip: You will need to turn the sound on your tv right down, so all the sound goes through the soundbar, without echoing. Amazing surround sound for just a soundbar and subwoofer set up.

Good entry level system and very good price
I purchased this surround sound system to use with my projector. There are good connection options with this system and the set-up is pretty easy. One thing to note is that as this is a 2.1 system that when plugging into a source like a Sky Box of PS4 that you need to change the audio output to normal and not Dolby Digital as this system won't support it. It took me a while to figure this out as I was getting no sound from the system until I amended the settings on my Sky box.

It's just great. Out of box, plug and play.
Out of box, plug and play. Seamless sub connection. Bluetooth connection to phone was flawless. The only thing missing is just a display on the bar...... that would have made this unit unbeatable. But I guess, that would add 10 more pounds to its cost. :(

Do I have an Apache TV I got the Itachi soundbar thinking everything would work but I do not have an arc socket at the back of this particular TV so I put optical lead in but you don't get to see the volume on the TV you've just got to watch the colours on the end of the soundbar and listen to it I feel this could be better if somehow it could be fixed up onto the TV considering they are both Itachi

Did not work - kept timing itself out.
This Hitachi soundbar system did not work with my Hitachi TV !! It kept tuning itself off. I contacted the Argos helpline which was unable to solve the problem and who gave me the wrong advice about replacing it. The replacement soundbar suffered the same fate. After spending a lot of time trying to sort the problem out, I ended up getting my money back from the store where I picked it up in the first place.
