This is my children's opinion.... They would give a 1000 stars for everything on it, this is their actual words. It was purchased for them for Christmas for their space and we haven't seen them at all other than meal times. Very happy teenagers.

No scart socket.
The pictures clearly showed a Scart socket on the back, but there isn’t on so I can’t connect the recorder box I had planned. Fine if you don’t need this.

Great TV
The T. V. was easy to set up. The sound is great. The picture quality is pretty good, but can be a little dark for some programmes. I highly recommend it. I have Now TV connected to it and a PVR too. Both work well through the T.V..

Quality Smart Portable TV
Easy to set up with Good quality sound and picture. The remote control has access to all the necessary controls with quick access to several of the smart features. Connects easily to WiFi and has the bonus it can be controlled directly using Alexa.

Very good picture, UI over complicated
It has an excellent picture quality as seen on larger TVs, but the user interface is too complicated, meaning to set a simple sleep timer involved delving into menus and sub-menus, which should not be the case.

A good value good quality product. Only downside is I find the tv guide difficult to read - red background with white text.

A quote from the user's guide for this TV, "To use your TV with your wireless network, you won't need any addition wireless adaptors as your TV supports internal Wi-fi feature". This is not working, when using the set up there is only the wired option available. Anyone out there knows of a fix?

Brilliant Bedroom TV

Excellent Quality TV
I bought two of these for my Grandsons. The tvs are a nice size for their respective bedrooms. The fact that they are plug and play and have all functionality built in plus the added DVD player, I am hoping this will keep them entertained for a few years to come.

Very nice looking tv

Thought i had an empty box till i got home & unpacked the TV, it's so light - but all there. Good looking TV & very easy to install. Good picture & sound quality with the added bonus of a DVD slot. Already loaded with Netflix & various other Smart Apps. Really pleased with purchase.

Excellent Product. Microscopic instruction booklet
Purchased for my elderly Dad for use in the bedroom. The teeny tiny print font in the instruction booklet and lack of pictorial instruction meant no chance of Dad installing it himself. Also there is no DVD eject button on the remote's hand set, with only a fiddly, awkwardly placed button at the side of the TV to manually eject it. Minor criticism as the TV itself is an excellent product re sound, picture, facilities offered. but worth bearing in mind for less physically able or elderly people

It’s a lovely looking tv. So pleased with it.
Bought it for my bedroom. Reserved online and collected the next day without any problem. It was so easy to set up and I did it without help. I have to add that the instruction booklet is in very very small print and I hoped I wouldn’t have to consult it. However there is a help desk number so I’ll use that if I have problems. But so far so good.

smart TV thats not that smart
Bought this for my daughter and her bedroom is dirctly above the router - however the TV keeps loosing connection to the router and therefore won't connect to the internet - - it seems the TV is getting a very weak signal and can't hold connection - we have TV's in other rooms further away from the router that run Netflix just fine :/ seems we bought the wrong one
