AfterShokz Trekz AIR Bone Conduction Headphones - Grey
Comfortable, great sound and all round fab!
I’ve been wearing in ear Bluetooth headphones for a while so was a bit unsure about bone conducting headphones, but I love them! They sit comfortably on my head, don’t move around when I’m running & the sound is amazing! Set up was easy and quick. Unlike in ear headphones which often fall out of my ears when I run, I actually forgot I was wearing the Trekz headphones as they’re so lightweight. I also like that I can still hear what’s going on around me whilst I run which a great safety aspect.

Great for working out in.
These are lightweight and comfortable to wear. They are also sweat proof, great for working out. Now they won’t produce the same audio quality you find in other in/on earphones but they are clear enough and do produce some bass which I can only describe as a pulsing effect. Good battery life as well. These have a place in the market for a particular type of audience such as runners and cyclists or anyone who wants to enjoy listening to music whilst needing to be aware of their surroundings.

Perfect running headphones
At first glance the packaging of the headphones is very high end and the storage pouch is a really great addition. In terms of sound quality, I cannot fault them. The music has always been extremely clear, and the function buttons on the sides make it very easy to adjust the volume/change the song/take calls whilst running. The only downside would be the fit, the band around the back of the headphones is not adjustable, so if you have a smaller head this can feel quite loose and unsteady.

Love these headphones
These are very discreet & nothing to wear in your ears! If you want to stay safe by being aware of what’s around you, but still be able to listen to music, then these are for you. Excellent sound quality. The On/off, volume, phone answering, pause or skip to next track, can all be done from the earpiece. They feel great & come with a storage pouch & USB charging cable. The only downside is the thin band that goes around your neck, is not as snug for me as I’d like, & it isn’t adjustable.

Innovative and practical
A new way to enjoy music or any audio or chatting, with the ability to be aware of what's happening around you. It's nice, comfortable & easy to use while driving, running & all the time. It has good features and controls. The only issue is I couldn't make the most out of the volume because it was kind of painful, but it wasn't that bad when I used the included ear plugs, however it looked a little weird. It lasts good enough and I'm pleased with the sound quality. It's worth to try & keep.

Perfect for Fitness users
A fascinating bit of kit, it took me a few hours to get used to the way the sound reaches the ear, you genuinely Do feel it travel along the bone. Lightweight, so whilst they initially feel strange to wear they soon feel part of you. Audio wise they are not the best, but with use of the foam pads the bass improves however you have to be aware, these aren't designed for longing and listwning, but as a Fitness sound system they really are right up there at the top end. A Gym and Joggers dream

Great Headphones - Worth Every Penny
The AfterShokz - Trekz Air headphones give the same quality sounding music as in ear headphones. I brought these headphones at first mainly for running outside. These worked a treat as you’re able to hear everything around you still, such as vehicles and bicycles as well the music crystal clear in your ears. I use them all the time now regardless of what I’m doing, relaxing, cleaning, walking, they really are great for everything. I brought them in forest green and they’re beautiful!

Good but not the best!
Great design and great idea, comfy to wear as the have a sturdy headband and over ear holders. Also very easy to use 3 button system. Music playback quality isnt 100% call quality is not great either callers can hear themselves and some times hard to hear them. Also gave me tickly ears as they way the work is through vibrations. Great if your going to use them while doing exercising where you need to hear you surroundings. I will continue to use them while out jogging or at the gym.

A different but great listening experience
If you struggle to find comfortable ear bud headphones then these could be ideal for you. They sit on the bone adjacent your ears and provide a great sound washing thru your head. Sturdy & easy to wear but lightweight at just 1oz. Comfy with glasses too. Nifty 2 hr charging time giving a good 6 hrs of use. Dead easy to pair, and they stay paired too! 3 intuitive control buttons for skip/pause, volume, on/off & making calls and they even come with a branded carry case too. Love them!

comfortable lightwieght
bought these for running, and to replace earphones that had expired, these bone conductor headphones are stylish, lightweight, and simple to use, connected easily to my phone and got spotify playing through them swiftly. The great thing with these is you can have the sound to maximum, and yet still hear the surroundings, so no more cars sneaking up on you and making you jump lol. These are also compatible for use in Marathons and Half Marathons. your not going to be disappointed.

Effortlessly slick, comfortable and functional
I am very well impressed with this product. As an ultra runner, I need wireless headphones that can withstand sweat, light rain and provide a bounce free comfortable fit. This product does them all. Additionally I can still hear my surroundings while experiencing good, clear sound. Looks good and as functional for the office as it is in the trails. Obviously not the best if you want noise cancelling or in loud environments but this out of consideration, it is a very well designed product.

Perfect for when you need to hear around you..
Bone conducting headphones are not all excellent, the market leader is AfterShokz (not a name I thought spelled quality) & their headphones are currently the best. If you’re an audiophile looking for the best music experience then these are NOT for you. If you want to listen to music, or better still spoken word e.g. podcasts & audiobooks etc. exercising, cycling or just walking on busy roads when you also need to hear, then these ARE the headphones for you, and Trekz Air are the best.

Bone conducting headphones
Premium packaging. It comes with earplugs, soft carrying case and micro USB cable. LIight weight and with no compression on the head so comfortable after long periods of usage. Pearing process is quick on IOS and Android and the volume syncs. Sound quality is great but not as good as using normal headphones, pause /play button on the left side /volume rocker on the right + charging port. At high volume they vibrate and will tickle you. Great for when cycling, in the office or running.

Very pleased
Airbuds hurt my ears. Then found these - thought worth trying. Pleased I did, they are comfortable and you can forget you have them on. There is sound leakage, but that's not a problem as I don't use public transport and if I want a private phone call, I would go somewhere private! I find the volume loud enough, and the sound very clear- listening to music, podcasts or making phone calls. They are expensive- but the quality is v good and the cheaper options aren't an option for me.

Hands free and bluetooth, its worth a look.
Not cheap but excellent build quality. Not hi fi but clear and instant connection to phone and calls. Well thought out, and it works, great interface and intuitive. Not so many doing bone conduction headphones as yet out there, these work well. It a great idea and Aftershokz have ironed out the first days of this technology, However, I took them back since I am wary of bluetooth transmitting in millimetres from my brain with G5 around the corner. Its just personal choice.

Best for running
Bought to help me train and run 10ks. Lightweight, comfortable and waterproof. Sound quality is surprisingly good . The sound is transmitted directly into your skull and for safety you are aware of surroundings at all times. Only had them for a couple of weeks but has resulted in me achieving a PB so far this year running Leeds 10k. Having music and my run app working together has made all the difference. My running partner was so impressed he bought a pair as well.

Convinced by Aftershokz Air
Aftershokz Air is a great product for wireless, comfy and safe music during sport sessions out and about. It's great to have a discrete musical backdrop at the office or at home. It's so comfy I almost forget I'm wearing them. High quality design, materials and packaging. Cons: sound quality sometimes lacking, little vibrations and sound spilling occurs when you max out the volume, not for use in noisy environments (busy city centre street, busy gym, public transport)

Lightweight and easy to use
Really easy to set up and connect to my phone, even for a techno phobe like myself. The headset was really lightweight and easy to use. Great for walking, running and light gardening when you want to listen to music but also be aware of your surroundings (Not so good for cutting the grass as the lawnmower drowned out the music). I'd be wary about using in busy places like buses or trains as your music might annoy others around you. I'd definitely recommend it.

A great pair of headphones
I have used these a lot since buying them, they're a great pair of headphones and the sound fantastic. When they're used at a high volume they do create a vibration sensation on the side of your head, which feels a bit odd but you do get used to it. They're a great set of headphones to use when walking about. The ability for me to walk to and from places, listening to music whilst still being aware of my surroundings is great. I definitely would reccomend them!

Very Practical Device
These headphones are extremely practical when used for exercise or where activities would be hindered by wires. The sound quality is not brilliant but the bone conduction technology does work. Don’t expect the sound to compete with traditional in-ear headphones though, as these are designed more for function and the sound can be flat or muffled. Recommend for anyone who will use them whilst exercising or who doesn’t want to have a bud in their ear.

Fantastic product!
Fantastic product! Have recently got into weight lifting and running a fair bit so these have been a massive improvement. I can hear what's going on around me, the sound quality is fantastic and then you've got the added bonus that it's a Bluetooth headset too! Very subtle and lightweight, they don't get in the way of anything I do, they look stylish, easy to use (they always connect easily to Bluetooth) and feel comfortable. Would always recommend these!

Love My Headphones
As soon as I received the box I knew it looked a high quality product. They are very light and easily connected to my phone. The thing I love most about these is the way they do not move on your head, with earbuds (especially when moving quickly) they tend to pop out my ears constant but not with these, they stay still and the sound quality and battery life is pretty awesome, it charges up pretty quick too. Overall, highly recommended brilliant product.

Great running tech
After reading product reviews on the bone conducting headphones I decided to take the plunge. First run using them was in the rain. The sound volume is not too loud so the ambient noise is heard while still enjoying the music. The sound quality is acceptable when exercising but not the best if you want to chill in the house listening to music. . The battery life is okay, ( about 6 hours between charges). Would and have recommended to others.
