Talking to myself is a thing of the past.
Brilliant device . I bought this as a gift for my sister in law who has MS. She can now turn lights on and off. Change the brightness and colour, set reminders for medication and appointments. Call people on the phone. The Google mini is truly life enhancing ( not to mention fun for all the family ). Honestly the Google mini home brings a level of independence to people who live with a disability that is only limited by the imagination.

I love my Google Home
I already have one Google Home device, but love it so much, I wanted to get another for upstairs. The features I love the most are being able to ask Google to play any genre of music, adding events to my diary, adding items to my shopping list (which syncs with my phone) and using the timer for cooking. It's also great for being a virtual encyclopedia - we ask it loads of random questions every day (it helps to settle arguments as well!).

Amazing Accompaniment!
This is such an amazing product that I will rely on this now in my home for years to come! If you have Chromecast this works wonders with the Google Mini and I was pleasantly surprised when Google Mini turns my TV on when it's on standby and plays anything on YouTube when you ask it within a second of asking her. Cute voice too. I thought it would be annoying so again this was another surprise! So glad I chose this rather than the Amazon Echo because of the Chromecast and cute voice.

Easy to orde4 and collect. The price is pretty much the same elsewhere in the shops and on line but it was needed quickly so I reserved it on line from Argos.

Excellent
Easy to set up and a pleasure to use. The games function is fun to play with friends ‘hey Google, can we play a game?’. Works well with my TP-link light bulbs.

Very handy
The idea of subscribing to spotify for £10.00 a month is a bit much stay on free there is lots to choose from. Also could have a name rather than keep saying. Hey google

Google home mini some good features.
Bought this after seeing it at my daughters and realising i could hook it up to my samsung smart home hub and control appliances etc including tv and lights by voice command. However the product does not connect to your samsung home hub there is a UK error, google were great but have not after a week come back with a solution, so if you want what i wanted, it does not do it yet in the UK. Hoping google get fix as this was the main reason for purchase and it does not do what it says it can do.

It looks smart
I would highly recommend this product, my husband has disabilities and it affects his hands so this product is perfect. It's easy to set up and easy to use, my 7 year old can use it. I will be buying more to put around the house.

Great addition if you all ready have a Google home and want to expand into further rooms. Sounds good too for such a small speaker.

Great gadget!
An amusing, entertaining and helpful gadget which is easy to set up and use. She responds instantly if anyone mentions the words ok google and does her best to obey commands, answer questions or play music requests (sometimes with unexpected results!).

Love the Google home mini
Love the Google home mini, works really well, this is the second we have and we love being able to just talk to each other without shouting to each other when upstairs etc. I think there's still some things they need to work on but overall we love it

Better than expected!
Does more than expected and sound quality is great! I expected it to be a lot tinnier sounding but voice is full. I'd say the sound is equal to a portable radio, so perfectly useable for In the kitchen.

Google Home is a star!
Google Home is fairly easy to set up initially. The problems are really with the app that goes with it.. As it is unnecessarily confusing when trying to set up certain features such as casting and for it to relate personal information for the address book and calendar etc. With a little bit of patience and trial and error it worked out in the end. I bought Chromecast and a light bulb that works with it so I am able to magically integrate my phone, TV, Google Home and lighting into one system.

Just buy it!! Great item, I use it every day. Good speaker quality from such a small unit. The only downside is that you cant use it as a Bluetooth speaker.

They are so amazing I have brought 4
OMG I love these google minis. I have them linked to my chrome casts, to my tv, hive and WiFi plugs. It helps with homework, spellings and play little trivia games. I didn’t think I would really use them, but loved the first one so much that we have one in kids bedroom, master bedroom, kitchen and living room. Can play music on all speakers (great when cleaning the house) can use as an intercom (instead of shouting that tea is ready) They are great and I really recommend!

Great piece of kit. Very easy to set up.
Works well with other Google devices I have and very easy to use once you have downloaded the app. Love the fact I can use it to control lights and heating as well.

Helpful little speaker
Brought this just before christmas so i've had some time to play with this, I use this daily to control my LifX light bulb and to play spotify which it does a great job of understanding me. Generally I find this can answer more questions than other branded smart speakers. As for the quality of the speaker its good, speech is really clear and music is alright. If you are buying this mainly for music I would buy its bigger brother the Google home instead.

t works great and so simple to set up.
An amazing little gadget. I an one in my living room and another in the bedroom. Great for using as an alarm. Reminding me of events. Even to check the weather and news. Also let's me know when the next bus is due! Love it!
