Good but could be better
Easy to set up and still getting used to unit. Very good for some things like spelling but gives American version. It will get better with time and if I add further options such as light switches.

The google home mini works great
The google home mini is great I do have Alexa but find that the google mini is quicker reacting and is able to answer questions in much more detail that the Alexa can and can answer more questionn in genral and looks more sleek great product

Great little device - would recommend
I have used Amazon Alexa & Google home mini and personally prefer Google as I find generally it responds faster and more accurately to home application commands.

It's great does pretty much anything
Does loads and better than the Amazon Alexa as had one before. Works brilliant with my smart things and it's so useful with the Chromecast definitely would recommend to anyone. I love the 'good morning' feature too as you can say good morning and it gives relative traffick updates in your area and then the weather and then plays either a radio station or plays Netflix on your tv as you can choose in the app

Works perfectly. Great for the whole family.
This has quickly become part of the family, and is used everyday. We don’t even have it set up to all of our devices yet, so it’s not even fully utilised. But we still get so much use out of it. The kids love asking it to tell a joke, or to answer their many questions. Plus my husband can check football fixtures very easily! We have it in the kitchen where we mostly gather, so we can listen to our favourite music when we’re not quizzing it.

The google home mini is a really good product and helps me in as many ways possible. But the only thing I don’t like about it is that I can’t keep it switched on all the time because it overheats

Google mini takes up no space and performs well
We have our Google Mini set up in the bedroom because of its convenience. Its speakers are not as good as neither the Google Home Hub (great display) nor the Google Home (best speaker of the 3 google home series). The Home and Home hub we have set up in our downstairs lounge and kitchen where we use google most. However, the mini is great for setting alarms, telling the time , playing the radio and occasional music etc.

Great Gift
I bought this as a gift for my husband at Christmas and it has kept him entertained for hours. The set up was rather tricky but once he had it working he had a great time giving it orders. Really like the ability to create a shopping list and order things without lots of effort. Its also great when you have your hands full of toddler and shopping bags for things like turning off the T.V. As a busy mum I would highly recommend it as a great assistance in the family home.

Great addition to home
Present for my husband but has become so helpful for the whole family. Can be used for simple things like asking about weather or traffic to turning on lights, accessing Netflix. So much more helpful than we first realised and were still adding more. Have shown family and another 2 have been bought by them since. Definitely worth a try

Easy to set up and use.
Very easy to set up. Just plug in and go. A bit awkward to set up voice recognition but got there in the end. Struggling to get a second voice recognition sorted but I think that's more time and patience rather than a flaw in the product. Needs clear instructions or questions so great to teach my partner to be clear with what he asks and not to mutter and mumble.

Great product and looks good and compact
Brought 2 of these in different colours for the boys rooms ,to help with home work from school and to play there favourite music , they both love them and is easy to set up ,even the 9 year old had no problems setting it up and using it would recommend this product , looks good and small and compact

Handy but not trustworthy
I bought this and connected it with my phone as instructed. Unknown to me it called a contact in my what's app folder without me knowing it has done similar things numerous times over the past few weeks of ownership to the point that I only turn it's microphone on when I need it.

Can’t say I’m not sick of hearing ‘hey google what’s this’ and ‘hey google what’s that’ every two seconds lol... but seems to be entertaining my eleven year old immensely. Good buy

This works well with my existing Google Home speak
I bought a Home speaker at the Black Friday price and almost bought a Mini at the time but wanted to see how that went on. I didn't have enough of a chance to put it through it's paces before the price went up so I left it. After using the Home and loving it I decided a Mini would be useful and was waiting to see if I could get one at lower price, luckily that chance came along quickly and I purchased this. If you're buying this as the only Google speaker it's probably worth the full price.

I absolutely love this, it’s good looking, fast and the sound quality is amazing. I had a 2nd generations Amazon Echo before this and she was rubbish (barely answer any questions that required an ounce of computing) but Google gets it right every time. I’ve actually purchased another one since so they I can intercom around the house.

Works great and hears me downstairs
I have a google home already so the mini was a great addition. Sirprisingly far reaching mic and speakers surprisingly powerful though a little lacking in bass nothing eq cant fix.

A great little helper...
I am not of the age for gadgets that are over technical or complicated these days but so far my little Google home and Google assistant have been getting on just fine. A great purchase and thoroughly recommended.
