Great Google speaker especially when paired
Heavy robust speaker delivering a good sound. For best quality of sound it is best if 2 of them are paired together.

Superb. Hifi. Very bassy. Brilliant
Wow wow wow wow. Mega quality sound. This must be the best kept secret gadget on the high street. It is an amazing smart speaker. The bass weight is VERY strong indeed. You can adjust it via the app and get a brilliant, proper hifi quality sound out. One of these is enough for a medium to large room. Two would be beyond belief. One hidden feature is the auxiliary socket that allows you to plug your TV in. I've done so and it is now also a smart soundbar!!!

big bass
I originally had the Google home mini and then upgraded to the standard Google home, I was surprised at how amazing it sounded especially on the bassy end of things. I then knew I had to upgrade to the biggest one, the Google Home Max. The bass is fantastic, the volume goes up very high and the sound quality overall is amazing. Not to mention you can use a basic equaliser to adjust the bass and treble within the Google home app. 10/10 :)

Simple too set up and superb sound.
An excellent speaker, responds to voice commands. Can stream over internet or via Bluetooth. I have a single speaker so don't know if there is advantage in having two for a better stereo effect.

Love it.
So much bigger than expected and very heavy.. but then I’m weak. Lol Looks attractive in the corner of the room on its own. I brought it for my son as a present, he likes it.

Excellent
First class sound. Not going to get HiFi quality but it's the next best thing. Stereo pair it with another Home Max and your neighbours will not be amused.

Best sounding Google home speaker
Sounds amazing compared to other Google home speakers I own and is also acting as a soundbar for my TV through the 3.5mm jack

Excellent Smart Speaker
Had this for several months now and on the whole, I am very pleased with it. Sound quality is good with plenty of volume and bass yet maintaining clarity, If you live on the first floor of a flat block, I recommend getting a foam speaker stand to stop the bass going through the floor. It's easy to use and responds well to voice commands or input from the app. The one problem I had was that in order to get a stable bluetooth audio stream, I had to disable the 2.4 GHz signal on my WiFi router.

Best Google home speaker
I've got a few Google speakers but this one is by far the best sounding, goes loud enough to hear all around the house and probably the neighbours house too. Looks good and feels very solid build quality. Glad I eventually purchased.

Love the sound and look of the speaker.
Pros: Brilliant sound and looks amazing in our kitchen. Cons: Connecting to the internet is hit and miss. Works for a while then won’t connect for days.

Bigger and Better
If u love the google home your going to love the google max. Bigger is better in this case, the sound quality is top notch. The bass is impressive for a unit that size. I love it!

Google max
Purchase this as our old dab radio had given up. I Was sceptical at first how good this would be but I am impressed with how easy it is to use. The sound quality is good it connects to almost anything and also is very handy to have Google built in. On the first day our 7 year old made apple crumble with the help from Google assist it told him what to do step by step. Now he want to help with the cooking all the time a mean feat in itself. I find it so good I am thinking of buying a 2nd.

Great Sound
This is remarkable price if kit, a little expensive but very easy to set up and connect to other speakers etc. I had a bit of trouble getting hold of one from Argos but arrived eventually.

Amazing Sound and a subtle design that blends well
The speakers sound fantastic and I bought 2 of them as I read that they can be used in stereo mode as a pair, I was not disappointed. I bought these for a party where I wanted to have different music playing in the garden and in the house, it was easy to set up and worked well. The only thing to note is the rubber pads that speakers fall off so make sure you dont lose them.

Amazing sound!!!
For the price you get such an amazing speaker, it's loud and clear, upright delivers mono sound and flat stereo, keep it in mind. The mics are much better than the rest of the Google homes, instead of 2 you get 6.

The Google home max not only looks impressive but sounds incredible. I tried several other smart speakers and none come anywhere close to the bass this thing can pump out.

Amazing Speaker!! So Impressed
So we have been building our collection of google home's for a while and wanted this for some time. As usual quality is amazing and plug and play set up was seamless. Considering the price and in comparison to other speakers on the market of this size and power this wins hands down!! I am not an expert but for what we need, this is perfect. Loud enough for a garden party without distortion and in the house you can fill a room / floor with powerful, quality sound. Really impressed!

Awesome addition to my minis
I bought the max when it was on offer and it was worth it! I just wish i could buy more. The sound quality is so crisp even at high volume, just can't have it at full volume for long it is so loud. It connected quickly even after updating, when using the google app the equalizer can set all speakers to achieve the best sound effects. There is a long power lead roughly 160cm and a USB port to play direct from a device. Great piece of kit and would recommend to any google home nut.

Excellent piece of kit. A little bulky but great sound. Comparable to my Sonos Play 5's. Google Assistant built in for good measure.

Great addition to my smart home
I've got a couple of other Google Home devices and wanted to get some smart speakers, so the Google Home Max was the obvious choice. It was easy to setup, has great sound and is much more compact than getting a full hi-fi or something. It definitely is on the bigger size though, especially compared to the Apple smart speaker, but I would say its worth it for the added sound quality..
