They seem to work!
These seem to do what theyre supposed to. I havent had any accidents yet, so I dont know how well theyll hold up to abuse. However, they didnt seem to decrease my flight time or affect flight performance in any noticeable way. If I had to nitpick, my only gripe would be that they dont slide easily over the Vivitar landing gear I bought. All told, Id buy these guards again.

Do not use third party prop guards for the Platinum
I purchased a third party non-DJI prop guard for the Mavic Platinum. The result was nothing short of a disappointment. The quad started shaking upon being airborne, several times I might add. So I purchased the DJI prop guard. Works perfectly. As it turns out, per my analysis, the low noise propeller construction of the platinum is a factor. The third party prop guard is several mm thicker than the DJI's causing the turbulence. With the first gen props, this might be fine, but not with the low noise props.

Great buy and product.
This product could not have arrived more timely; the day I got it in the mail is the same day I crashed my drone. The guards protected my investment. This product is a must-have, especially for beginners.

These have already saved my fingers. Work great, makes the rig more rigid which is awesome and does not reduce speed much if at all.

life saver
i had my first encounter with a tree at a height of about 40 feet. i believe the guards were key to keeping the drone from plummeting to the ground. the damage was minimal as i lost only two propellers. the drone was able maintain its balance and land (though a little wobbly). i'm sure glad i had the guards.

Works as advertizes
I don't usually fly with prob guards, but, there are occasions where it is a very prudent thing to do. These guards fit the Mavic and my needs perfectly.

A must-have accessory for the Mavic Pro
These propeller guards are light, easy to snap on and a great accessory for my Mavic Pro. Sure, they reduce flight time, but if flying in tight areas, indoors and in tripod mode, the guards greatly reduce risk of crashing or causing damage to walls, people, etc. For price, they're definitely worth it!
