I have not used the spare set of landing gear for my Phantom but it doesn't hurt to have a spare set just in case. The original set that I am currently using has been landed hard on a few times as well as been in a full on 30' crash and still is in great shape. So the replacement set should do just as well.

Very fast service and reasonably priced for the landing gear. I note that although you do get two pieces, one side of your phantom 2 Vision has a compass attached.. Since I had also purchased a new compass I didn't realize but it ships already attached to the landing gear, meaning buying this landing gear you are going to have 2 backup pieces for the non-compass side.
