I bought these speakers for my laptop to listen to music vidio's, WOW what a defferance, iv since used them with my radio cd player & mobile phone, having there own 240v power supply agive's them all the power desired & the sound quality is excellent. All the cables needed were included.

Good value and performance
Despite the relatively low power, these speakers are great for computer use and don't need to be bursting ear drums! They represent good honest quality with a decent range of tone adjustment.

Nice design, sound quality and very easy to use.
Christmas present for my girlfriend as her PC speakers were awful. Very impressed with the design and sound quality. Headphone jack in the speaker is a neat feature too.

Exactly what we wanted

Nice Sound
I had to get someone to help me plug them into the correct bit of my PC, but that's just me. The sound quality is rich and warm to listen to. I'm not a huge fan of their large look, but I like them for the price and sound.

Good, But Not Good Enough
I have always trusted this Brand. This is the quality I would have expected. But.....its a pity that the bass frequencies are so solid and firm that they interfere with the full frequency spectrum of which this equipment is capable. A well designed 2-knob-tone-control (frequency equaliser) would have "seen-off" those invasive bass tones. I still like this product. Rather than return it I will now experiment by connecting my own pre-equalised settings before connection is made.

GREAT SOUND
Great sound from a medium range speaker use on computer fro music slight adjustment in base but good enough to make it work , power cable good lengths, along with all connection to computer and each speaker. they do their job well.

Great for the Money
I have given this product 5 stars. Even on the sound quality but, I'm basing this on how much they cost. They are relatively cheap so you can't buy them and then give 2 stars for sound quality as they're never going to match a £100 set of speakers. So for the price, after some experimenting with the tone and my pc's graphic equaliser I'm more than happy with the tone and quality. I like the gloss finish and think they look pretty good.

Very very suprised

Excellent sound for the price
I bought these speakers in a hurry to work with a Dell T3620 workstation so that I could listen to Classic FM and BBC 2 whilst I was working with my computer. Argos delivered them in the same day and I think they are excellent value for the money I paid. The sound is excellent for a speaker this small and I would recommend them.

Looks great and sound even better.
NIce size speakers that give a good sound range and look nice as well. Very easy to set up and use. Only slight gripe is the headphone and mic sockets are on the right side of the right hand speaker which means the cable drapes across the mouse mat for right handers. Otherwise highly recommended!

Perfect for presentations
Bought this to use with a laptop to deliver a presentation with video footage. Would highly recommend as the sound levels were perfect for our training room at work.

Works well on my TV
Needed to improve the sound quality on my TV and this did the job well. Tone controls were good and the set up was no problem. The speakers power themselves off so they are left permanently on my TV.

Loud sound and clear 8/10
Good price for this model. The sound is loud, and the sound quality I rate as 8/10, the only setting you have available is the tone, which on medium level sounds low and unclear. Switching to higher pitch is better because becomes clearer. I recommend them and Yes, I would buy them again if I won’t be looking for something expensive with lots of settings.
