TV is a brilliant bargain
I am so pleased with this product! Cannot believe how good it is for what I consider an amazing price. The picture quality is outstanding, and there are so many channels available that there is no need to sign up for satellite. Overall, I am extremely pleased and have already recommended to my friend to buy one for her new house! Also, the staff at the Exeter branch couldn't have been more helpful. I even got a £10 gift card for spending over £100!

This TV is user friendly and uncomplicated
I am happy with the whole package, order on line, reserve and collect suits me perfectly. Staff are friendly, pleasant and efficient. I hate shopping so this is just the ticket.

Dimensions were incorrect
Dimensions were incorrect on website. The depth of the tv was actually 5cm thicker than advertised.

good as kids gaming tv
Picture is not great, sound is very low.may suit for kids bedroom but overall not a great tv. I returned it the same day for a refund. Staff were excellent even if tv wasn't!

Pretty much an impulse buy after re-decorating a room - although I did look at several on line first. Looks good, good picture quality and so easy to set up. Sound can be a little tinny on occasions ( although that could be my hearing ). Looks like it will last the distance. Didn't intend it to be the main TV in the house, but find I'm watching it quite a lot!

Hi , I'd just like to say that the friendly and fast service I got in store was brilliant, I was in and out in no time at all, with a an absolute bargain of a HD TV, and a voucher for £10 - which was great for my mum, she's also getting the same TV for Christmas :)

terrible tv!!
Tv turns on sometimes but not others and if I turn it on without unplugging just before there's picture but no sound!! Helpline and store were great but the replacement is even worse for turning on - going back tomorrow and paying a bit more - you get what you pay for.

Bought for sons birthday for his bedroom , great price for a good tv, connected Xbox and tuned all free view channels within minutes of unpacking. Easy. Also reserved using fast track on Friday night, picked up Saturday morning , great service.

Refund needed
Picture quality is AWFUL when connected to my sky box. Going to bring it back and get a refund and hopefully a better make of TV!!

Purchased item to use with our tv bed Checked all measurements online and had it delivered same day. Great delivery. Item looks great however is not the correct measurements it shows online tv is actually 1.5cm thicker so I had to return.

Nice looking TV. Great picture and sound.
Saw it online, reserved it, collected it, installed it. And all in about 2 hrs from start to finish. Nice looking TV. Easily installed, lovely picture and good sound. And best of all a reasonable price.

Very poor quality tv ,cheap plastic surround and quite a deep depth which made it look very bulky. Also a standard generic wall bracket would not fit on to the back of the TV. Overall very disappointed and returned for a refund.

Great TV and very fast shipment
Really happy with this TV, picture and sound quality are both very good and it was extremely easy to set up, took about 10 minutes altogether including taking off the packaging. Bought it during the Black Friday sales and was surprised that it was shipped so fast (next day). The initial TV that we received had a damaged screen but when I contacted support they were able to arrange a collection and drop off of a replacement for the following day.

The perfect purchase
It's rare to find a top quality TV, at a decent size, for a reasonable price these days. But this is absolutely perfect. £130 for a 32" Bush is too good an offer to pass up on, and I'm glad I went for it. I reserved the item online, picked it up the next day without any hassle and it now sits proudly in my living room. Excellent purchase.

easy set up
I found this TV very easy to set up and connect to other items,If I have 1 complaint it is the remote control is on the small side and this makes the buttons very close together ,buying this item was easy to order on line and pick up in and pay in store,and a member of staff took it to my car well done staff at the Bolton store,I would recommended the TV for anyone who is not good at tec stuff as it was so easy to set and work.

Nice T.V. but poor sound quality
We are very pleased with our new t.v. but I am disappointed with the sound quality. It's very tinny and would benefit from more base tones. It rather jars on the hearing but I hope to (and will have to) get used to it. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and the gentleman concerned deserves a pay rise. Many thanks to him.
