Bush 19 Inch HD Ready LED TV
Just the job for my cctv cameras.
I bought 2 of these TVs for my cctv setup. I was pleased to find that the sets came with adapter leads to allow the AV signal from my outdoor cameras to be displayed. My only complaint is that I have to touch any key on the remote control every 4 hours or the sets switch them selves off. I have not found a way to disable this 'feature' otherwise I am very pleased with picture quality.

Thanks for my Tv
I needed a little TV for my bedroom as my old one had given up the ghost. The product was well packaged and had clear instruction and the Argos staff were excellent . We did even have to wait 5 minutes before we were out of the store with my purchase. It was painless and would recommend to anyone, I paid £80 for a 19 inch Alba Tv.. which came with all mod cons at a reasonalbe price.

Good little TV
I wanted a small TV for a small bedroom, and there aren't many 19" models still available - but this one does the job very well. Easy to set up, and works well even with an indoor aerial. My only complaint is that I'd like an on/off switch that actually turns the power off! This one has a power switch but it only puts the TV on standby (wasting power and with an annoying red light).

Cheap and nasty
Poor quality all round. It looks very cheap and nasty and it is I have it in my kitchen about 5 ft up. If you are not stood directly in front of it you cannot see the picture, the sound is dreadful, very tinny and so low that if you are running water, boiling a kettle or stood 6 ft away you cannot hear it. I have tried every sound combination but it makes no difference at all.

Good for a budget tv.
This may be good for a budget tv. However on the channel list no HD channels show and unless the screen is at the same level as the viewer's eyes then it can lose a lot of image quality and can appear to be mostly black. Even if it is viewed on the same level the screen definition is not as good as good as an old ausus monitor which I have currently attached to my freeview box.

Outstanding Product
The television is perfect, the right size and it was not expensive at all. I have advised many friends and family members to buy this item. It is not just the product that is perfect the staff that helped me and guided me through everything I needed to know was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. If I need to buy this again I would definitely do so :) All round PERFECT

Early days but the T.V. from Argos is grate
Needed to urgently replace our obsolete small TV and this one was the most suitable for our needs - Argos staff were so helpful and the bonus was the unexpected gift of a small gift voucher - Please keep up the good work and helpful customer service. regarding the TV, it is just the right size for our needs - Most TVs these days are far too big and this one is just grate!!!!

Disapointed TV
Having had a Alba TV for the past few years we decided to buy another, the sound and picture on this set was really bad and the controls made no difference at all, we were really disapointed with this set ,as our first one was so good we expected the same quality but it was nothing like it. We returned it the next day and bought an Hitachi. Instead, very happy with this one.

Ok for the price
Small tv, ok for a kitchen/small bedroom. Sound is bad, but i guess that is to be expected for a small tv. Screen has to be viewed straight on, try to view off centre and people turn into shadows! If you are looking for a cheap tv for occasional use, then you could buy worse. However I would probably spend a little more for a better tv. After all, you get what you pay for!

Great Little TV
Bought this small TV for our Caravan. Brilliant price, great tv. Simple and quick to set up, (we need to tune in at every different location.) Light to carry. (We take it home each time). Nice to have a USB port as our music is on this and the sound is good enough for a small caravan. (200 CDs on 2 USBs). Also a scart for the DVD player and HMidi. Everything we wanted.

Does the job!
Bought this TV to replace my previous Sharp 19" which gave up the ghost after 4 years. This alba model was almost half the price of my last one, good size for my kitchen worktop, not many small TVs on the market. TV quite light, would have liked it to sit a bit higher, sound and picture not bad for the price, turns on quite quickly. I am pleased so far with this product.

Better than anticipated
I am really pleased with this T,V, Wasn't expecting much because of the reasonable price but am very pleased with the picture and sound quality. It was also so easy to set up and 10 minutes after delivery was up and running. Really easy to order on-line and delivery was prompt. Argos was the only place I could get a small T.V. suitable for my dining room, Would recommend.

Great Television for my Kitchen
Bought as a replacement for previous small television in kitchen used to catch up on the breakfast news before work and so I don't miss programmes while making tea and doing the washing up in the evening. Easy to hang on wall bracket used for the old television, installed very quickly and good clear picture. Sound perfectly acceptable for the price. Very happy with it.

Super helpline
Replacing a 33 year old TV wasn't too easy - I was making it too difficult - I phoned the helpline and was answered within seconds and a very helpful patient man led me through what I had to do and all is now excellent. The sound is a bit tinny and the picture is only excellent if you sit at the right level and angle - but very good value and excellent for the kitchen.

Nice cheap little TV
Wanted a small tv for the bedroom in our caravan and this fitted nicely. Read the reviews about the tinny sound and they’re definitely correct but we’re not too fussed as it’s only for occasional use. Also as mentioned in earlier reviews, the remote control doesn’t have a channel guide button so it’s a case of flicking through the channels to see what’s on.

Good value for money.
A very good sized colour television for the money. It was very easy to install and the picture quality is excellent. The main drawback is the sound quality. The speaker is on the top at the back of the television and it produces a very "tinny" sound. We only use it in the kitchen so it is not so important but I could not recommend it because of the poor sound quality.

Alba 19 inch
This is a very neat TV it does what it says, the only problem is that it is a little small so would recommend for a childs bedroom, wouldn't really recommend it for gaming as is too small, i bought this for my son in an emergency as Argos was the only shop open on Sunday where i could get a tv. Overall the tv is good quality, modern design, easy to use and understand.

Basic tv
Wanted a cheap telly for my daughter's room and this was the cheapest argos did. The connectivity is poor. No HDMI or USB connections. I would of classed these in this day of age to be standard like double glazing when you buy a house. For the price though the picture quality is ok. Would recommend to spend another £20 to get a model that accepts todays connectivity.

good little telly
easy to set up and use and reasonably priced. With the right aerial provides a good picture; it could well struggle to get a good signal for all channels if you already have signal problems ( from our experience) . As with all small flat screen TVs sound quality isn't fab (somewhat tinny) but quite acceptable and we expected this anyway. "connectivity" not tested.

Horses for courses
Bought this to 'plug a gap', as the charity hospital flat we were staying in had had its TV nicked! We bought this to watch for 5 evenings, then leave for future residents. Easy to carry (like a toy, but lighter than some) and to 'plug in and go' at the existing aerial point. Loaded all the 'usual' channels with ease. Remote came with the two required batteries.

Very good television but the only problem is it's the text is quite small so you need to be up close to read it the television schedule is the same you need to be quite close to it it is no good in the living room but perfect in the bedroom and kitchen the picture quality is fantastic the sound quality is good good if you were in a bedsit which is fantastic

TV used as PC monitor
My previous small TV that I've been using as a monitor for my desktop PC since 2011 finally gave up the ghost, so I was looking for a new monitor. I decided to get another TV as I wouldn't also have to shell out for speakers. It performs as well as I need it to. I am not a gamer, just the usual web browsing and email, with some amateur design work as well.

I highly recommend this product
I bought this tv as a Christmas present, today it was installed, very impressed with the design, sleek look with thin trim, picture quality perfect, sound good but not brilliant, connection took three attempts, for some reason it would not install BBC channels....could be that the aerial is connected to a communial aerial (so my need a independent one)

Brilliant for kids bedrooms/kitchens/extra tv.
Amazingly good value. So easy to connect, Packaging not bulky and no unnecessary wadding so no major getting rid of rubbish issue. Ideal for kids rooms or kitchen as doesn’t overwhelm space because of size. Package and TV very light so would also be easy for anyone with health/mobility issues to receive and set up. Liked it so much I bought two!
