Great synth - possibly faulty

I used to own the original EDP wasp back in the day and having the opportunity to get this behringer clone filled me with great excitement the sounds that it makes are great I love it One small point in regards to the waveform selector- the manual states in the off position it supposed to generate an unaltered sine wave On mine - I get silence so I have been unable to determine if this is what is supposed to happen when the waveform selector is the off position or if my unit was faulty Other than this one question everything works great and sound sounds great
