Nice product
Great price to quality ratio. First time trying a Behringer pedal, and I had initial concerns given mixed reviews around the web. Initially I did experience some signal issues when testing it out on an older amp, and it was picking up some signals and giving off some buzz. I tried a more direct option (plugging into a computer through a USB interface) and confirmed that a clean signal is possible. Otherwise, I've been having lots of fun with this effect, adding a lower octave (or two) is a great way to get a seriously fat sound on deep riffs or fill out higher lead parts.

Decent sounds, without the hum.
The octave effect didn't sound bad but the pedal had a terrible 60 cycle hum. I used the same power supply with other pedals with no problem but this one hummed with and without the pedal engaged. It could have been user error or maybe I got a bummed pedal. I'm tempted to buy another, hoping I won't have the same problem because I do like the behringer pedals.

Not worth the shipping!
Dirty sound, makes all notes crunch and if you play a chord, you will not recognise the sound as musical in any sense of the word. Please, if you value money, DO NOT buy this pedal. Beringer makes other pedals that, because of the low price and moderate quality, will make you feel somewhat happy about your purchase.

A Total Dud
I had high hopes for this as I am a big Behringer fan. I mostly got a lot of noise and the occasional tone I got sounded dissonant. I tried both AC and battery power, different audio cords, high and low strings, and used it with an electric guitar, acoustic electric guitar, and electric violin. Tried all the knob settings. Disappointed by either the low quality or lack of quality control I sent it back for a refund. Next time I will spend more.
