The material feels great, and the edges have a cord wrapping so its unlikely to fray from use. Easy to clean. Its a tad bit bigger than I thought itd be - fits my desk really well though. That being said, you may want to measure your location first. Why the 4 star? Simple: I expect an object like this to last a good many year and Ive only been using it for a few weeks. If its still kickin in another 2 years, Ill update to 5 stars. If it starts fraying in another month or two, itll get the 1 star. But, after having used it for a few weeks, things are lookin good.
