Excellent purchase experience
Best price for product. Great customer service; First time B&H customer, I had some tech issues purchasing via their app. , shout out to Joel & Joey who walked me through the issues to quickly resolve. New iMacs run a barely supported OS in Catalina
Primary use is digital photography processing. Lightroom Classic runs great, but the Canon EOS Utility for downloading images from cameras will not run on Catalina properly (cannot connect to camera) which makes the system half-crippled for my purposes. Apparently, people using Nikon, Sony, Olympus, etc. have similar problems. I must continue to use my 2010 iMac to get actual work done! Not impressed!

Chose this over iMac Pro
I mustve watched every YouTube video about the subject, but I wanted the perfect machine for my adobe cc workflow and this was it, with the maxed out aftermarket ROM. I edit mostly long form documentary style 4K footage with a 1080 final. We incorporated a proxy workflow and this machine has been flawless. It is noticeably superior to my old 2017 iMac in every measurable way.

It should just work
For a a few thousand dollars, I was hoping this upgrade from my previous 2013 iMac would be a big improvement. Instead, it got stuck on the loading screen after turning it on for the first time and required much troubleshooting and eventually an operating system reinstall to get it working. Fantastic iMac
My 2014 iMac was getting slow and struggling with larger file sizes. I got the new one with the i9 processor, 64gb RAM and a 2 TB SSD, and it's beautiful . If I had my way I'd get the iMac pro with the XEON processor, but the price on that is not realistic for me. Love this one - working great!

My First Mac
I've only had this IMac for two weeks. Quite a learning curve as I have only worked with a Dell and Windows all my Computer life. However I am in love with the 5K display and the upgrade in speed and performance of this All-In-One computer. I had the techs at B&H change out the 8 GB memory for a Total of 64 GB. Happy with Apple
I recently purchased my very first Mac computer. Due to family circumstances I have had only minimal time to take it for a test drive. However, the monitor displays beautiful colors, and it seems easy to operate since I am already familiar with many aspects of Apples iOS system by using both an iPhone and iPad. I really like that you can start a project on the computer and review/edit it on another device if you choose. Thus far, I am very happy with my purchase.

iMac 27'' still my fav
I had a 2012 version that I'd used without problems since new. It did have some unexplained restarts recently, so decided to update. The screen resolution is improved and the processor and SSD are nice. I did find it impossible to get the virtual machine software to activate Windows 10 on this machine, inspire of several trials, tech support calls and reinstalling with Bootcamp twice. It seems i'll have to give that up and reboot to Bootcamp to use Windows now.

4x faster in music apps
Computer came quick and well packed. Computer runs super fast no issues right now on Mojave. I upgraded from late 2015 iMac. My old iMac stress test to this one outperformed it by being able to handle just about 4x the multi core processing during music production applications involving a lot of real time calculations and interpolations. Thing is a beast and got a great Christmas deal so i was psyched. if you are upgrading from a older i7 quad core you will notice a good jump in performance, the ssd from my old fusion is also noticeably faster. Very happy with the purchase.

Finally a nice big screen
I have been using Mac computers at home since the first 128K Mac. This iMac replaces a 2011 MacBook Pro that has served me well but the new OS will not work on it. I have had some difficulty with updating some of the out of date productivity suite but I hope to solve those problems in the next few days. B&H was the easiest site to order from & comparable to the price for the same computer at Costco & I didn't have to drive the 40 miles to the nearest store.

Home Office computer

Editing beast!!!
Chews up 4K footage...edit, import, export all at blazing speeds. I should have pulled the trigger on the purchase a while ago. Im always worried about the bigger better next best thing, but after seeing this in actions, I know Im safe and future proof for years to come! Thanks Apple....and thanks B&H!!

Definitely an upgrade from 2015
Purchased this and added 32 GB of memory. This unit has the 1TB internal SSD; a huge improvement from the slow 3Tb Fusion in the older iMac. Also with the Tb3 I was able to add an external expansion box and an nvme SSD. The combination is much faster in processing photos and video. Definitely a good thing. Meets all my needs
Primary used for editing images. The response and colors are wonderful. It's everything I expected and more. The magic keyboard is very responsive as well as the mouse. Easy loaded Adobe CC and other programs with no problems Very happy with it and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality system to edit images.

Monster of a machine!
I've been doing most of my work on laptops for the last 10 years or so. I decided it was time for a workhorse desktop for some of the video and graphics work. I'm glad I finally bit the bullet and bought this. I only got the 8GB RAM and ordered an upgrade kit to install myself. It was easy to install and saved a lot compared with Apple's insane memory upgrade costs.

Color Gradeing Machine.
I purchased this as an update for my color grading part time business and I am overjoyed at its performance. I purchased OWC aftermarket ram bring it to 64gb. I'm running Davinci Resolve 16.1 and Adobe CC. I can run the preview windows at full 4K resolution with several Lutz and an immeasurable number of nodes and masks without any frame drops. More than enough machine for most studios.
