13 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar
I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, and I have to say I love it. I am aware of the complaints about the keyboard, but so far, no problems, and typing on it is fast and I got used to it within a wee. So far I am so happy with my purchase. I am coming from a 2011 MacBook Air, so that might not be saying much, but nonetheless, it is amazing. the 4 usb-c ports is not much of a downside either. all in all, I LOVE IT

Awesome!
I had a Macbook Air 2014 model and its been 4 years, I thought its time for a new one. I really like this new macbook pro model with touch bar but all the pre configured ones for 13 inch are 8GB and i5. I want 16GB + i7. This store is the only one that had this specific model in stock and they even had a $200 off. The experience was nice and fun. I will definitely go here next time I want to buy some electronics.

So far so good
We've been using it for a couple of weeks now with no issues. Only left off a star because it hasn't really been used that long. Came in Apple's official packaging, appears to be new. Seems like we got a pretty good deal. Only complaint is that they would not process our order on Black Friday due to observance of the Sabbath. We had to wait 24 hours to complete the order, but we were still given the discount.

Got the screen with a small crack
Hello, i was very happy i bought the macbook pro from B&H, it was 100$ cheaper from apple store an no tax but after getting the laptop what i find is a small crack at the bottom of the screen. i taught of contacting and replacing the item but i was busy with my office work and i couldn't. i hope B&H will reach out to me and help me out with this issue as its my hard earned money i have put to get this laptop.

Needs touchscreen
This was my first Mac and its so much better than Microsoft Windows that I spent 20 yrs using. I was initially worried about the few complaints I read about the keyboard, but after using it for 2 weeks now, I dont know what the fuss was about. Its a nice keyboard. I like the short key travel. If the screen was touch capable, this machine would be 5 stars. Its a well built and fells and looks quality.

No USB Ports - really inconvenient
Turns out having no USB ports is a greater inconvenience than expected. You need a bunch of adaptors to do basic stuff. The whole point of buying a MacBook PRO is using it for work and important stuff. And for this, you'll obviously need PORTS. USB, HDMI, SD card. Besides that, the computer works pretty well. I'm just regretting I didn't buy an older version with basic and obviously important ports

Great Laptop
I previously had the mid-2012 MacBook Pro laptop. For Christmas, I got this new MacBook Pro. I love how fast and easy it is to use. The screen is so clear and the touch bar is very helpful. The battery life is not as good as described but is still better than previous MacBooks. The speakers are loud and the computer is very light weight and thin. I highly recommend this laptop.

Really slow to open webpage???
As of right now I am not impressed at all with my new Apple MacBookPro. My old one which is a 2011 goes as fast if not faster then my new one...??? I got a new computer so it would be faster and its not like I do anything big like playing with videos or pictures right now, just internet stuff. Hopefully will be able to figure out what is going on or Im returning it for sure!

Good and reliable (so far)
Good replacement for my 2011 MacBook Pro that finally died -- I hope this computer lasts as long. It is considerably faster, and the 13 model is really light compared to my old 15 one. The main gripe I have is Apple going to all USB-C connectors, which makes obsolete all my old USB cables and accessories. Adapters must be purchased, or else shell out a lot for new equipment.

Better than ordering from Apple
I like Apple stuff and this is my 6th MacBook of one type or another that I have purchased for various member of my family. I have ordered from Apple, MacMall, and Apple Stores and B&H was by far the best place to order yet. Shipping was at no additional cost and fast. Cost was also superior. Now it is the first place I look. Now I am considering an iMac Pro from B&H.

Overall very good with some glitches
All in all a nice and welcomed upgrade with good options (finally!) available for speed and storage. One major glitch that I have is with the fingerprint reader being reliable. It doesnt work more than it works. I have a new Iphone Xs max and the Face ID works perfectly. Hopefully the future laptops will introduce this in the future. Overall I would buy this again.

Great Experience
Everything with my purchase went great. The computer has been wonderful so far, exceeding my expectations. I especially have found the Touch Bar to be useful. Its very well integrated with several apps I use, and Im constantly discovering ways to use it effectively. The overall speed of the computer has been amazing, and it greatly increases my efficiency. Love it!

Good But Not Great
Im a long time Mac user and have always been a fan of both the hardware and OS but the latest version of the MacBook Pro is a bit disappointing. I still think the OS is 10X than Windows but the hardware is a letdown. The keyboard is difficult to use and reduces my typing speed and increases my error rate and the touch bar is more about show than functionality.

Great computer and great deal!
I bought this computer for my daughters birthday. I debated between the 2019 and 2018. Since it was last years model, it was $500 off and I was able to purchase a more powerful and larger size drive. I couldnt pass it up. I dont like the lack of CD/DVD dive, Touch Bar, and USB Cs,. It does come with 4 ports. My MacBook Pro is a 2012 and its light years faster!

Exactly what I needed.
I wanted something smaller and lighter than my 15 MacBook Pro and I have not been disappointed. Like all the Apple products I have owned before: Overpriced, looks good, feels good and works great. Although I had my doubts about the touch bar, the finger print recognition is actually a very useful feature as opposed to entering a password every time.

MacBook Pro the best
I have had my new MacBook Pro for two-weeks now and it is living up to all my expectations and more. I was recently forced to part with my Mid-2009 MacBook Pro after ten-years of incredible service. It is a pleasure to work on my new MacBook. Everything is effortless and the speed and ease with which I get work done is fantastic. A must have.

Worth it!
Was replacing an older Macbook Air and the new Pro is lightning fast. Super quick to boot up and the finger unlock feature is great. I read that some people thought the touchbar was gimmicky, but I've found it to be useful for my simple tasks. Glad I didn't buy the 2017 model to save some money. The keyboard is much quieter on the 2018 Pro.

Just Great!
I've reluctantly put off getting this MacBookPro because it's still does not have touch screen & is much more expensive then a PC with the same specs! After trying 3 PC I decided to get it and now I'm very pleased... there is no comparison! The hardware, the software and of course the craftmanship of this beautiful lapot is Just Great!

Great Laptop
Honestly, thank you for making my life easier! This laptop is so fast and light I been using it way more than my older 2009 mac (RIP). Shipping was fast and seamless. Only thing i dislike is that you have to buy a hub to use any usbdevice but honestly, with the cloud i did not have to transfer any info from my old computer to this one.

First MacBook Pro in a few years
Retired a 7 year old MBP for this new sleek version. Wow! Its compact, quiet, fast, the battery lasts and the screen is a pleasure to look at. Still getting used to a few changes in the OS and hardware (touchbar, new power button, etc.) and using dongles is really not that big a deal. Get one if you can, its a powerhouse for its size.

Nice, but Touch Bar doesnt match a touch screen
We really like the new MacBook Pro, but have not really done any heavy duty work with it. The upgraded display screen provides truly vibrant colors and resolution (the reason we bought the Pro). The Touch Bar is nice, but its not really convenient to use it with it located above the key board. Apple needs to go to a full touch screen.

Great laptop for a great price!
This is the best laptop that I have ever owned. The issues from the previous model have been fixed with the 2018 model. I enjoy the touch bar even though many people do not like it. The touch ID is great, now with Apples T2 security chip. I also was able to get it for $200 off at B&H during Cyber Monday. The shipping was very fast!

New to Mac
I am moving from PC to Mac and did a lot of research, B & H had the best prices on Mac and even answered questions before I made the purchase. The Mac is wonderful and much faster than I could have imagined. The Touch Bar is fantastic and becomes more useful when you know its there and get used to it. I will not go back to a PC
